I know they've spent their entire relationship with her being on the left side of her partner and its worked very well, the stats back it up. However I feel her real position should be on the right side of her partner. I'm basing this on naff all other than i have someone else iv'e known longer who i want to sit on the left. Should any of this lead to any problems and it doesn't work for them then it's obviously down to their age !

If must be i mean just why would anybody entertain the guy. Not a young coach in waiting anymore, not been on the touchline at this level for a decade, been playing at heading up part time teams funded by billionaires in non league style football. Now pretending to be a Scottish academy director, seriously damaged goods in England And of course he is basically clueless.

I just don't think he was looking for what we necessarily really needed. Zefuick, fair enough a handy player as back up if he stayed fit maybe. DM, just another future punt who in truth probably wouldn't have got much of a sniff give the people already here. Giles, decent signing on paper and should have worked out better. I think he put a lot of stock into that one but he wasn't what was really needed. Hedges, a real head scratcher that one for a few reasons, biggest one being not using the guy. So it isn't really even a mixed bag as non worked or had any impact but if you constantly go for back up players than that's all you can really expect. -

Given how well Mowbray has done with the loan market in his time here (how used is another debate) it was a bit surprising his business wasn't great in Jan. A man like him was perfectly capable of pulling better in, like some actual goal threat. -
I'm a bit worried about the lack of action on contracts in general. When we come to look at it we are told the club can't afford to offer more to 3 out of contract important players. Now the manager and various other staff are off seemingly without being asked to stay. Might be a reset but my just as well be another cost saving downgrade i don't trust this regime or its motives one bit.

Imagine if this lot had built ours ! Last time i briefly worked for a steel firm the cheap not very good quality stuff came in big reels from guess where.... We sent a load to a job all the way down in Birmingham and their QC guy sent it straight back. -
He's the frigging Chief Executive of the club he should have been the one putting out Mowbray is leaving. If Tony has taken it upon himself to do it then Waggot should have been right out putting the record straight. It's an absolute joke then they wonder why half our own fans still think the club is dysfunctional. It really isn't difficult but when the LT reporter amongst others says Waggot has been ignoring his requests for weeks, even before this. Then something is distinctly off.....again. The guy is useless when it comes to communicating with fans and always has been yet a photo opportunity on the pitch he's all over it. No excuses, none.

If you are just somebody looking for something to do socially or are genuinely priced out of your club then going watching another local side fair enough. If you are a dyed in the wool supporter though who genuinely loves your club i can't see how anyone can just jump ship. It's the blue and white you are there for, the badge, the ground, the history. You don't get that elsewhere no matter how good the facilities or beer.

Having a 2 or 3 year plan is fine and understandable. What Mowbray became very good at though is completely changing the narrative to suit himself, that had become the most infuriating thing. You can't be saying every summer that the club doesn't want to be hanging around in midtable, that you don't want to either and that the owners want the Prem. So the aim is top 6 then halfway through decide that's futile and it's not 1995 because you need 100 mill for promotion. Then by the end of the season you're saying you are not bothered about league positions or results. As long as you feel individuals are improving. All this might well have been noted over the last few years beyond the fans in England.

They seem to have become accustomed to and comfortable with losing 15/20 million through the books every year. There never seems to be a pressing need to change that from their end the only wobbles are when FFP raises its head. From this end well if you have a set of people sat there making good wages as things are, why would they press for change ? Between the two camps the club is suspended in the middle going nowhere because nobody will take sole charge and gab it by the nuts.

Mowbray and Kean working together ? You couldn't get more opposite moral compasses, or are they not really that far apart, it is football after all....

We should have been Wolves. Sadly we got agents and parasites only interested in making money whilst there was chance. That was the only plan and even that might have worked better if at least 1 of them had the first idea what they were doing. The only football man involved in it all though was a poundshop bibs and cones coach who was prepared to front it out for his share of the spoils.

Problem with that is he might not have wanted anything other than a new big long term contract. Then a bad patch and death spiral next season and we are back to square one. He'd be here for the duration no matter how bad it might get because they'd never sack him and pay him off. A lot would've agreed to a rolling contract or two year deal 3 months ago but history repeated itself again in even more agonizing fashion. We just have to move on and might have to take a step back again to go forwards, no guarantees we wouldn't have struggled next season even if he'd stayed.

Again it puts the bad advice myth to bed. Still willfully ignorant and never ever proactive just reactive because they've no choice but even then it's way down the priority list.
-
He is a striker though and certainly at that time we were better than Stoke. I'd wager he'd have got more goals here and goals = points. We badly needed extra firepower so as far as i'm concerned they dropped the ball with this one. Better to try and fail than not try at all as the saying goes. Meanwhile our lot suddenly thought that others in the team suddenly hitting scoring streaks or the ones brought in with no real scoring pedigree was the answer. That's fanciful at best especially for such experienced football people, nothing learned from years ago after letting the only back up CH we had go.

They can line up whoever they want but unless it gets signed off in India then it ins't happening. Daniel Farke and his missus need to be on a plane to Pune if he really fancies the job otherwise cheaper wins the day.

That Boro agent gets more of his clients on the books here the longer he has a man in place his % go up every year. Some decent manager comes in with other connections, looks at Craigy boys list and says #### off. Meanwhile a guy like Mowbray will keep dropping him the odd bit of regular business. That's why we end up paying money for the likes of Pears and letting a player sit on his contract doing nothing but drain wages for 12 months whilst he waits to go to Hull. There has always been influences down there who'd prefer midtable championship Rovers to last forever.

And Mowbray said himself it's one they might revisit. They didn't and he went to Stoke instead.

The Maja stuff is just Patrick Bauer and one or two others territory. Sniffed around them for months, courted them, had them in the building but when push came to shove they bottled going through with it. Yes goalposts can be moved at the last min but they'll have known what these guys were wanting before they went to any lengths to get them in. So just window dressing and never really that serious or the Pune line went dead at the 11th hour ? NOBODY knows so no point arguing about it for days on end. Either way it was costly in terms of points - just 1 goal from Maja and an assist could have translated into another 3/4/6 points and that's all that matters at the end of the day. Not though seemingly to a development coach like TM so just bare that in mind.
