The only problem with staying calm and not panicking, is the fact we are playing shit. -

Let's hope we are one of the 4 or 5. -

A change of system, no passing about at the back, 3 central midfield players, Adam Wharton plays every game, until he asks not to because he is knackered. Forwards play through the middle, not on the wings. All this could be done with the players we already have. It might not get us into the play-offs, but I suggest that if we stay as we are , we will just about make mid-table. That is not good enough for my money. -

To be fair, Hirst does not find it hard to run around like a headless chicken, it is one of the few things he is pretty good at it. -

I don't think many people want to get rid of JDT. What I think most people want, is for JDT to get the best out of the players he has got. At the moment he is not doing that. For me being, ONE of the best teams who don't get parachute payments, is not a high enough target. For me to start buying tickets regularly again, we will need to finish in the play-offs. If we don't finish in the play-offs I won't be buying a season ticket next season. -

So do you think that given our current form, we will keep our league position ? -

I am managing my expectations. I am also now managing the money that I spend on the Rovers. -

The thing that has gotten to me, is the amount of times that JDT says after a game, we must learn from our poor performance, but nothing seems to happen. I have had enough. -

I have never said Burns is good enough for the championship. What I have said is that I think Burns and Vale, are better at this moment than Hirst or Markanday. I don't know what is Markandays best position. But his only attribute that I have seen is his shot. That is used to it's best advantage, as a central striker. -

Vale and Burns are better than Hirst or Markanday, in my opinion. Gallagher might be better in a diferrent system. -

Because I have seen Hirst and Markanday play, neither deserve to be anywhere near the first team. -

If JDT thinks that Hirst is worth a first- team squad place, that is his perogative. I will not be wasting any more money on the Rovers until we start picking players on merit. -

From what I have seen, Hirst is much worse than any of those you mentioned. They had poor application, Hirst has shown no redeeming qualities what-so-ever. -

I prefer to have my game-changers on the pitch, rather than on the bench. -

I used to pray he wouldn't get on the same coach as me when going away. If he did it always ended in terror. -

No it isn't. I am not even sure it was the other Birdie (who is now dead). Mind you he was enough of a maniac to do something like that. -
I rate, that Mola has a chance of making it at championship level, because of his ability and his physicality. Mola has been reasonable for the U21s. At the moment it looks like the step up to the first team, is too much. That does not mean he will not make the step-up in the future. In the same games for the U21s I have seen nothing from Hirst.
