  1. That's his job secured as long as Mowbray is here.
  2. It's not even one good season. It is one average season in four, in which we have had two good months.
  3. What he needs, is to be in the box more.
  4. Or, the teams that needed new players, couldn't afford them.
  5. I agree not the answer most people would want. But an option that is within the clubs means to at least try.
  6. But as a wide forward he is better than Gallagher. Or do you think Gallagher is doing a good job where he is playing ?
  7. More importantly, if the question is asked, and Waggot gives a political answer, he should be asked to explain his answer, and his reasoning for the answer.
  8. Playing in that wide forward position, I think Sam Burns would be a better option than Gally. Shame that he was allowed to go out on loan.
  9. As with most basic footballing things, it looks like they don't bother with them in training. Throw-ins, corners, free-kicks, goal-kicks.
  10. Another marketing master-stoke by the Rovers. They are advertising that because they have made the Blackpool and Stoke games more expensive, this makes the final five tickets even better value. They haven't got a clue how to stimulate our fanbase.
  11. Gallys problem seems to be, that when our midfield get good control of the ball, his first instinct is to go towards the ball instead of towards the box. He should be being told to let the midfield do their job, and get in the danger area. I thought the team as a whole played fairly well. Bring on Brizzle.
  12. Why play someone in their correct position, when you can hammer a square peg into a round hole ?
  13. At U23and U18 level the refs are mainly atrocious
  14. It's the FA cup, whats Fulham got to do with it ?
  15. I would say Forest winning would be the best result for us.
  16. At the U18s last week, we seemed to concentrate more on sneaking the ball out of the corner D, than the quality of the actual cross.
  17. But for the previous 800 years or so it was in Lancashire. IE, historically.
  18. As far as I am concerned Manchester is in Lancashire. Old Trafford is the home of Lancashire cricket club. Traditionally Bolton is in Lancashire
  19. I suggest you go into the Black bull, when we play them at dumpdale. You will see that the locals think it's a derby.
  20. The post said, Traditional Lancashire derbies. Therefore Bolton most certainly qualifies. I have memories of Manchester Rd that attest to this.
