That is when they are used to increase the atmospheric pressure, to simulate being back below sea-level. The chambers can also be used to reduce the atmospheric pressure to simulate being at altitude, this allows the body over time to gradually acclimatise to the lack of pressure and less oxygen.
-
Isn't the chamber used, to get the body acclimatised to a lower amount of oxygen and pressure in the atmosphere ?
-
That would point to it being useful for stamina, not so much for sprinting or quick movements.
-
I know, but it will get him wondering.

Let's hope so and that it is a successful return. -
Or a snickers.

Markanday will be like a new signing next season.
-
So why doesn't every athlete use that training ?
-
I will forget it all, if we win on Monday.

See JRC as a prime example. -

We just seem to have more than our fair share of hamstring injuries. Can we do something to lessen the amount we have. -

But warming up before a sub comes on will be a set procedure. If we have a problem with our stretching regime in training, it may be transfered into a lack of proper stretching before a sub comes on. I am not saying that is a fact, but we do have an awful lot of hamstring twinges. -
If we win on Monday, it has only been a terrible day for Bournemouth.

I can't see that the injury could have been foreseen by Mowbray. But with the amount of hamstring injuries that we get, the training regime might need looking at. -

Do we need another attacking midfielder ? I would like us to go for a good, defensive midfielder. -

I think we will beat Boro, with an alround superior performance. -

Is it not the fault of the people from the Rovers who agreed to the deal in the first place. -

We also now have our U23s playing at the same time as the first team. -
To me it looked like the ref showed the second red to a Rovers player. But it also looks like he shows the first red to Tottenhams number 12, when it was the number 2, that kicked off. Who knows ?

I was wondering that myself, I can't see many Rovers attending when the first team are playing, at the same time.

I agree, I wouldn't have Johnson on the bench either. -
I think he would have done a better job than JRC, as would Zeefuik. I often wonder if Mowbray goes to U23 games. If he did he would have seen that JRC is nowhere near starting at first team level.

The fact that they are bottom of the league, might have a bearing on the situation.
