I think for maximum effect it needs to be the full monty. Black suit and/or overcoat, white shirt black tie. A small group dressed like that would be very effective I think.

I was thinking about that when the LT thing first happened. Ferguson was notorious for it of course and journalists tended to regard it as a badge of honour if Ferguson had given them their marching orders. Think I saw something in Jackson's latest LT article before the pay wall kicked in that we are ELEVEN points worse off than we were at the same stage last season under Eustace. So it's both. Yes the squad's weaker but the Head Coach is infinitely worse as well.

This is historic trivia of mild interest but there's still no evidence that a white jersey was worn for any significant length of time. The white shirt/Maltese Cross have no significance for or connection to the Club whatsoever these days and imo it will be appalling if a commemorative shirt is brought out along those lines. Would be ok if a white one AND a blue and white halved one were brought out then people could take their pick.

I wish the ground was still there - I'd only live about 250 yards away! No point me popping round there's no sign of anything whatsoever as far as Im aware - bit weird when you think about it. Of course if brfcs want to invest in some high tech x ray equipment to see what's beneath the tarmac and cobbles? 🙂
