  1. Bell has been poor since he joined, we've needed to improve on the left back position for years. BUT for Mowbray, signing him up to a new contact is easy, cheap (assuming it is) fills a squad place for a position we need. Unfortunately for us, its lazy and unambitious.
  2. Imagine the pain when the club announce a new 3 year deal for him. Couldn't stay fit in his 20's, he'll have no chance from now on.
  3. Similar to Bradley Johnson, its just a shame it hasn't really worked out. He's definitely got talent and seems like a decent bloke but he's injured a lot and hasn't impacted on games anywhere near as much as we've needed him to.
  4. I can't imagine there are many Rovers fans who don't want the season to end. I'd be happy if today was the last game to be honest. Mowbray needs to be binned ASAP after the last game. Its going to be rough going trying to galvanise fans into coming back to Ewood.
  5. Doesn't even get a barrage on twitter after another shite result due to the social media boycott by the club. The bloke couldn't have had an easier season, fans have no where to show their displeasure.
  6. Been conceding soft goals from the moment Mowbray walked through the door. After 4 years, he still hasn't been able to resolve it.
  7. The rotation thing must hinder us. I find it difficult to believe we can gain much consistency if we are just changing the players every game.
  8. Same. I don't buy into Mowbrays thinking that its the way to get promoted either.
  9. Depressing that the noises are that he's staying. Next season is going to be a struggle all round.
  10. Class result. Finally mathematically safe as well. Well done lads 👏
  11. Looks like he will be off then. Shame really, I was happy when we signed him, just never found any consistency in his entire time here. I'd still start him ahead of Evans though.
  12. We must, absolutely must get rid of Evans. He's absolutely stolen a living off us.
  13. If Mowbray is in charge for next seasons opener, my interest is going wane significantly.
  14. More inclined to believe he is coming here if he wouldn't be a good fit.
  15. Warnock says he already has a club lined up. It takes Venkys an ice age to make a move for a player, someone's been on the ball to get this deal done, it won't be us. He'll also be on a considerable wedge. Can't see it happening.
  16. Did he come out of retirement to play for us?? (genuinely can't remember)
  17. I can't believe they are using Covid as an excuse, like it impacted on us only. Injuries the same, when we played Stoke they basically fielded a B team (they beat us anyway, of course) I can't believe we have been saddled with these useless owners. Infuriating doesn't even come close.
  18. I work with a Boro season ticket holder (he's of an older generation) and he isn't a fan of Assombalonga, to put it politely https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19249877.former-rovers-transfer-target-assombalonga-leaves-middlesbrough/ Sounds like both him and Fletcher already have a club lined up. Won't be us
  19. An utter shambles. As if we want Mowbray in charge of a summer overhaul. His transfer dealings are generally poor and always signs some Boro reject. There will be no point in allowing fans back in at this rate, no one will want to turn up!
  20. 90+8 equaliser as well, proper kick in the nuts for Big Club. Oh well, never mind.
