I hope it is tbh. It worked well for a 2 month period where we allowed teams the ball and hit them on the break. It's been worked out and we've really struggled with it over the last few months. Historically, Mowbray has attempted and failed to implement a back 3 several time before. He's got a conundrum on his hands because he won't dare drop any of Lenihan, JPVH or Wharton. With Dack getting back in the pitch as well, his best position has always been behind the striker. And it was a struggle to fit him in last time in anywhere else. Last night, the way we set up was like peak death spiral, actually embarrassing. Second half was much improved and i hope he sticks with it and it might just be the start of a good end of season run.

And what's happens, because we are on an awful run, they turn up and win. If his tenure was more WLD, he'd be viewed as bang average, which he actually is. He just does it in streaks, which polarises the view of him, depending if we are on a high or a low. At the end of the day, he isn't getting us promoted irrespective of how the results come. It will always be midtable(ish) under him.

Fully aware of the stats but completely ignoring them? The manager is the reason we have only scored 3 goals and won only 3 games. We are in abysmal form and this isn't the first time either. It's always been the same under Mowbray, this season is no different. We won't finish the season in the playoffs. Twists and turns but not for us, we'll continue our fall until we are out of the playoffs and once we're out, we won't be getting back in. Yep they are, QPR won, dropping us to 5th and 4 teams below us ready to capitalise on our woeful run and overtake us.
