Odd and slightly concerning statement really. It basically makes Mogga a limited manager, weirdly he's handicapping himself as the club won't progress if we don't replace limited players like Williams and Smallwood, ultimately it would probably see him get the bullet down the line as we'd only drop further down the table if he persists with these players. We'll know soon enough, as Smallwood must be back from suspension so we will see if he walks straight back in.

He was the main reason Newcastle got back into the game against us the other day. They were awful before he came on. Changed the game for them. Somethings not right with him, whether it's attitude or what I dunno.

I think (providing he picks up no long term injury) Mogga will give him another year. Can play CB or CM and versatility is always useful. There is a decent player there, it's probably a lack of consecutive games that's holding him back. Providing he stays on course for the rest of the season, we probably wouldn't see the best of him until next season anyway.

An abysmal game really but everything about Millwall is just awful. Their tactics set the tone but it was great to see some of our lads getting stuck in. Millwall are like a bunch of 16 year olds playing 6 aside, just moan about everything. TM gets loads of credit for today, stuck his neck out with the line up but it paid off, bringing Armstrong on obviously worked a treat. Nutall will not get much praise for his performance but I think his task today was very tough from the off. Great to win and get a clean sheet as well.

Only lost the last 2 league games and won 7 on the bounce prior to that. Still top as well. Friday against Derby will be a reasonable test but Leeds stuffed them earlier in the season.

That's not really a great saying. I mean, everyone's different, handle pressure differently etc. Just because someone might have the ability (or potential ability) to play at a certain level doesn't necessarily mean they will be able to perform at that level at the age of 16/17. Some will be able to, for sure but not all. You can't just tar everyone with the same brush and expect it to work.

Goes without saying that beer and footballers (and abysmal "managers") are not a good mix.
