Bit of a shame that we won't land a striker. Could come back to bite us later in the season but let's hope not. The stark reality is that TM needs to somehow start getting a tune out of BB. He signed him and not for peanuts either (don't). If we aren't going to be signing another striker, he's going to be getting games at some point.

All the noises that come out of the club regarding wages/transfers generally always surround Financial Fair Play and the limits imposed up on us. You would have to assume that we would only sign BA if we could actually afford him and not break the FFP rules, whether this is offset through an expected sale (Looking at you Dack) remains to be seen. We'll find out soon enough but i suspect Gallagher will rock up on a loan with a view and that will be us done.

Great to see him back. Obvious risk involved but the potential reward is huge. Sounds like we won't see him for a while, though.

Getting Chapman in would be a good start. Be a great impact player. Hopefully the rumours of him going straight out on loan are wide of the mark.
