Goes without saying that a big improvement is needed in the second half. I though we actually started pretty well, getting the ball forward quickly, even taking quick throw ins to keep the momentum going. We got worse as the half went on and looked to starting putting it back together towards the end.

We've been absolutely woeful with attacking and defending set pieces for the last 5 seasons (at least) Mulgrew for a couple of seasons is about as good as we've been. But generally, free kicks and corners have been dire. So, good to see we will pay some attention to set pieces for a change.

I've not been Dolans biggest fan but played in the right position he can be useful for us. Same situation with Gallagher though, we need to get rid of players like Markanday, Telalovic (probably) & Vale before we let these 2 go.

Yep, maybe this, so then it didn't suit what we have now. What he was left with after players were downgraded. He didn't adapt the way we play to suit what we had (including injuries). He's trying to get a poor squad playing champagne football. Admirable but it wasn't working this season. As I said before, he's a good coach, he'll do well elsewhere, just right coach at the wrong club.
