  1. ..... and England. He relunctantly attended a press conference after his departure saying to the waiting media"I don't know why I'm here". ....um, because you were a failure as manager and trousered millions of quid in compensation and need to explain yourself Roy? Don't like him
  2. .......... and double or triple FFS, stop the soft as butter defence conceding 2 goals every game.
  3. Burnley now in 6th place makes you weep
  4. Watford 0 Burnley 3 that is what you do to bottom teams what i ‘d give for Dyche at Ewood
  5. Club is adrift and lifeless. Passion and desire gone. Apathy rules. And no one at Ewood can or will do anything about it
  6. 18 goals conceded in 9 matches keeping up Tony’s long term average. At least he’s consistent. Get rid.
  7. Changes nothing. Rovers have to score 3 to beat the bottom team. So what?
  8. This is an absolute joke we concede goals so easily. Nothing ever changes. I’m sick of Mowbray
  9. Mowbray is hopeless, he really is. Stealing a living at Ewood
  10. Just placed 28-1 on Rovers to lose 4-1. Quids in
  11. Saw him make his debut, aged !8?? Anyway, at least 40 years ago. Makes me feel old. Happy birthday Simon.
  12. I enjoy the odd tease but these constant wind-ups are getting tiresome. This Rovers side are entirely capable of losing to Barnsley - and you know it.
  13. ........and he's also a brilliant footballer who gets better every season. England are lucky to have him Wouldn't be surprised to see him at Barcelona or Real Madrid eventually. The race comment is silly, Rev
  14. ........... and his "holiday" when the club were looking to make a critical appointment. Smacks of the Roy Keane transfer farce. The club might as well put a closed for business sign on the front door.
  15. Would you blame him? Another great decision by our "owners".
  16. Warnock gone. Get him. Absolute no-brainer
  17. The Times piece also said Peter Ridsdale of Leeds infamy is involved with PNE as an adviser to the Preston owner - which I didn't know. Now he's a contentious figure but he knows football inside out and and certainly knows more than the "advisers" at Ewood
  18. Good piece on PNE and their manager Neil in the Times today. Preston's starting XI on Saturday cost less than £1.5m in total. The playing budget, £15m, is among the bottom 5 in the division. The £2m fee paid for Tom Bayliss from Coventry in August was a club record. Over to you Tony, for an explanation on why you've underperformed despite spending tens of millions
  19. Leicester paid £12m for Harry Maguire and sold him for £80m. No sell-on value there then.
  20. I wonder why the owners carry on. What are they getting out of it?
  21. Don’t understand this. In 55 years plus of watching I’ve never once left a match early, even when we’ve been 5-0 down at home.
  22. Mowbray has a habit of pulling out these unexpected wins when unrest is growing among fans and his job might be under threat. I don't see this as a turning point and although Saturday night with a win under the belt feels good, normal service will probably return next week
  23. Does that mean Mowbray gets another contract?
  24. They concoct yet another slogfest and then wonder why England have so many batting collapses in Test cricket. Avoid.
  25. To which the reporter should have said : "That's irrelevant because we've lost yet again."
