Stokes got away with it - anyone who watched the video could see it was clearly affray, and much worse.
-
Quality replaced by dross. Hodgson was the architect of our relegation. Should never have been appointed England manager either

665 days without a game. There must be a reason. Just saying http://www.sportbible.com/football/football-news-after-665-days-without-a-game-micah-richards-is-finally-released-20180813

Yes it was poor. Millwall should have scored at least one. We just cannot afford to have 45 minutes like that this season - we got away with it quite a few times last year but we''ll get punished more often than not in this division. The window was a big disappointment to me. If the money was really available and the owners and Mowbray true to their words I would expect it to be spent (and more} in January

Transfer Window - Success or Failure

4 out of 10 for me. We desperately need quality reinforcements in a number of positions and have failed to address those defects by signing anyone at all. I don't count Armstrong. The team that won promotion and is likely to start most weeks depends entirely on the form and fitness of key players such as Graham, Dack, Mulgrew and Lenihan. Injuries or loss of form to any of them and we will struggle badly. As it stands I see us finishing in the bottom 6 Contrast with Wolves and Fulham, who have spent heavily after their promotions. -
Fulham paid £6m for the Bristol City left back Joe Bryan - is he that good ?
-
Brereton is only 19 years old and seems to be the big striker everyone wants the club to sign. ManU and Liverpool wanted him in the Jan 2017 window
-
There's very little activity over the entire Football League.
-
Calm down dearie, it's only a football transfer window......
-
Tough side to beat, and one of our bogey teams. 1-1 draw at best.
-
Thanks for that. Can you post the players' names too - saves trawling through the next 200 posts
-
Yes I was at that game too. MK left back was one of the worst I've seen in professional football.
-
I'm not alone in not rating him that highly. From what I've seen I don't think he's good enough for the Championship. Hope I'm wrong.
-
Can't see a winger coming in at all. Mowbray clearly doesn't like them
-
He needs to play in his best position to be effective. Hopefully Mowbray him in a front 2 because I don't think he'll get much change out of Championship defenders playing out wide - he just isn't good enough.
-
Is Palmer going to start ? Armstrong offers little threat as a wide forward
-
I hope Mowbray uses him is best position, which is alongside a big striker in a front 2. I think he will struggle as a wide man in a front 3 in the Championship and he most definitely is not a winger. Jury is out on this signing. I'm not convinced.

Saw us win there 2-1 or 3-1 back in the 1970s/80s (Chris Price had a great game). -

I think we'll take the lead tomorrow but go down 2-1. Hope I'm wrong but it's going to be a tough old season. -
Isn't the reason Burnley have signed Hart because both Pope and Heaton are injured ?
-
Big gamble by us. I just don't think he's Championship standard
-
Panic last-minute loans here we come ! Sounds like last season, and the one before that, and the one before..........
-
So having played no matches, how could Chapman be "one of our best players last year"??
-
How many matches did Chapman play last season ?
-
Bottom 6 team in my opinion and injury or loss of form to key players away from being relegation fodder. Deeply disappointed with our activity so far. I just hope they'll surprise us with a quality permanent signing in the next 72 hours. What I do not want to see is panic loan signings in the final hours before the window closes.
