  1. And put the club's employees at risk?
  2. I preferred the posts with the big white spaces - they made more sense.
  3. It was a ludicrous decision. But you know, you can also say that his brand of football was awful. Not seeing not is being really foolish.
  4. Jim, seriously. Saying that you found Sam's football dreadful does not mean you wanted him sacked with everything that has followed. I preferred Sam to Ince for obvious reasons, and Sam to all that has followed, for obvious reasons. I preferred Hughes to Sam, also for obvious reasons. Is that so hard to understand?
  5. Den, you can angry about the last 13 years and say that you hated Sam's style. There were alternatives to his dreadful style as both Hughes and Souness demonstrated. Not an either / or.
  6. You can dislike Sam's football and being where we are now.
  7. You can dislike more than one thing.
  8. Couldn't take Sam's football. Bored to death very game.
  9. I think there are two Danes.
  10. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/64332378 PNE lose over £16m. Very good analysis from Kevin MacGuire on the challenges facing clubs like us and PNE. Sobering stuff.
  11. It's poor stuff isn't it, but I was expecting a lot worse this season. The get out of this league we need a huge slice of luck by managing to sign an outstanding manager / coach and so far that doesn't look to be the case.
  12. I'm feeling all, "You've lost that loving feeling," at the moment.
  13. Feels akin to the 1-7 to Fulham last season. We've become a mid-table second tier club without the benefit of real leadership or pride. Other than Venkys Out I have no idea what to say.
  14. I don't want to be all over anything.
  15. Poor stuff even for you Mercer. Also worth noting the improvements JDT has made in the performance levels of some of our squad.
  16. I've seen he's going to brfc.
  17. With Mowbray out of the picture, why did Nyambe still want to leave?
  18. A nice piece about the recruitment team. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2023/january/06/the-team-behind-the-team-/
  19. I would put Morton ahead of Buckley technically and in terms of attitude. A Wharton is too young to know. Maybe some time out of the team will help get Travis to focus and raise his game, just as it did for JRC. I feel we need an experienced ball winner in the middle though.
