The Lowry shopping centre. Not sure how much it is but I think it's about £5. Not too far to walk and the best place to park for getting away after plus it's safe. -

They won't go down even if Souness stays all season. They simply have too many decent players and once a few are back they will pick up points. Saying that I would have thought a finish around 15th would be no surprise. I really can't see Shepherd sacking him largely down to the money but also because they isn't an awful lot of potential replacements around. I would think most Rovers fans would do well to hope Souness does stay as one of the top prospects around at present is Hughes. -

What a winker. He has one job to do and that is tip us to lose every week. I was quite confident until I heard that. -

A booking suspension kicks in after 7 days I believe. Hence why Bellamy misses Newcastle and not Bolton. -

I'm sure he would have missed the Man U game with another booking. Agreee that it was so refreshing to see him play well and concentrate on the football ignoring the provocation. -

I thought he was pretty poor to be honest. Certainly can't see him ever making it in the Premiership. -

Burton are taking 11,000. I see the comparison it's their only visit to OT ever and most of the town are going whereas we will be making our 2nd visit this season and 2nd visit in a semi in 3 years. -

That was on of the best things I noticed when I was out in NZ was how often Rovers were on. Or Ryan Nelsen's Rovers as they seem to be referred to now. Over Christmas all 4 games were scheduled to be on and then the Bolton one and now Newcastle. -

We were discussing the World Cup this week at work and it was commented that Sven should get all the press together and basically say look just back me from now until the end of our World Cup and then throw as much muck as you want. It's a sad indictment of this country that our press seem so willing to do anything to disrupt our World Cup bid. Any other nation would be backing their team to the hilt but not ours. If it was another paper i'm sure the Notw would have headlines calling them traitors and the like. Truly pathetic really. -

It's not easy to break a team down of course but one of the first things you would do is ensure your best passer is on the pitch, secondly you would make the pitch as big as possible so keep your wide players on. It's not rocket science really but it seems to have been missed by Hughes. We had 60% of possesion because Bolton were happy for us to have the ball in areas we couldn't hurt them. How many saves did Jaaskelainen make? -

They'll surely stay up though, massive clubs like them just don't go down. It would be the biggest shock ever in the Premiership. -

My one main gripe with Hughes is his substitutions. As far as i'm concerned he decides pre match which ones he is going to make and when and does not deviate from this. Invariably this invloves one at 60 mins another on 70 mins and save one for injuries. A change at half time would have been called for and bringing Kuqi on just played into Bolton's hands. Sam must have been delighted when that happened. Hughes really needs to start reacting to the game in hand rather than sticking rigidly to his game plan. It was definitely 2 points lost yesterday and very frustrating. Most of what Sam has said is complete crap but one point he raised I couldn't argue with. How few clear cut chances we created, mainly because lumping long balls up to Kuqi was exactly what Bolton wanted. -

It might be your main Derby but it isn't for most people. United is a far bigger game. Clearly the wanky's think so too considering they are bringing a pitiful 1000. Far less than we took to there place on a Sunday and at more expense. People should do well to note that before constantly slating our own fans. -
I'm not Todd's biggest fan but he had a very good game last night considering the opposition, won most of his headers and was good on the ground. I do find it strange that when the team is playing as well as they have in years, threads are popping up left and right slating the players. I'm not suggesting they should be immune but it seems like people are only happy if they are complaining.

I'm in two minds really, I thought he played well and Tugay was more to blame for the loss of control in the 2nd half, however I despise his antics on the floor. I would love it if he didn't do the play acting thing because it is truly an embarrasment. He deserved a booking for that alone for me. Have to agree with EiT though in that he has become such a pantomime figure that I don't think it really reflects on us too much. -
United only just sold out their original allocation, they were offered more and declined because they wouldn't sell the amount they were offered, there won't be any mass infiltration.

Cletus how did our average go down even though we had a higher than average crowd on Saturday? I think the average is 19905 possibly just a typo. It will be interesting to see it pan out, I think Wigan's will drop massively if they lose a few. -

Because whole threads like this one become spoilt due to his nonsense. You can ignore him but then wade through the pages of responses to him from people who get riled by him. It's far easier to just remove the WUM.
