Err i'd read it again, Rangers are in round 1 and Gretna in Q2, they are seeded so have a fair chance of going through, so we could get them in round 1.

There are only 12 teams who can come through the Intertoto or Uefa Qualifiers who will have a higher rating, 5 from the Intertoto and 7 from the Uefa. Assuming all 12 get through it would require 11 of the 16 from the Champions League to be higher ranked. At least 4 will be but it would take some bizarre results to say the least for 7 seeded sides to lose. Even then we are assuming all the higher ranked teams will come through qualifying which is no certainty. p.s. draw is indeed the final friday, 25th August.

We will be seeded. If you check last years draw 18.500 was more or less the cut off. We were seeded last time and nothing has changed since then so there is no doubt we will be a seeded team.

Sadly it always seems the case with the club that they take one step forward and two steps back. I actually expected an extension of the early bird offer for a few weeks to take advantage of the euphoria after the city game.
