  1. You can only think at this stage that it's deliberate sabotage. It surely can't be anything else.
  2. Rinse and repeat from last year isn't it. Like rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic. Wish they would just piss off
  3. My first home game in a wee while and I was treated to some corporate hospitality which to be fair I thought was decent. My two cents; Pears - not much to do other than almost gift Wrexham a second goal. The follow up save was excellent but the basic error leading to it was genuinely terrible. Take it in or push it wide - not straight back out! Seen him do this a LOT. Still a liability just less of one compared to Wahlstedt. JRC - boy how we've missed him. Strong and aggressive. He is basically the antithesis of Britain. Hyam and Wharton - bundled them together. Both solid and decent. Didn't give much away in terms of chances Sigurdsson - unfamiliar position for him and didn't seem to suit him Trondstad - my MOTM. Thought he played really well and was nice to see him rifle one in the roof of the net. The guy must be the first name on the team sheet Garrett - at fault for their goal and had a VERY poor first half. Gave the ball away a lot and didn't have his usual bite. Moran - drifted in and out as usual and his final pass kept letting him down. Dolan - tried hard but really flattered to deceive. He was getting in a right strop first half as he kept being unable to beat McClean but he should be admired for his persistence. Very unlike Dolan he fired some lovely long ranges passes about tonight Szmodics - love the energy and the work rate. Took both his goals well and is probably underrated in the finishing stakes. Constantly passes the ball accurately in to the corners and almost looks like a 'proper' number 9 in this regard. Almost Rhodes-like IMHO Gallagher - effort not lacking and got a goal and assist but was pretty quiet all in all. Seems to still be feeling himself back a later after injury. Interestingly in the post match stuff during S Wharton's MOTM presentation he dropped a little hint at a signing or two before the window closes in a couple of days...
  4. Honestly I'll be stunned if this is correct. You watch, it'll be our best attendance season to date 😂
  5. I remember watching it with a former pal who is a PNE fan. Even he was aghast
  6. According to Keiran Maguire and his 'secret Rover' insider it is
  7. But...he says there is a 26m tax bill outstanding and any delays will be trouble...which has now happened.
  8. Rovers bit on today's 'The Price of Football' podcast from 17.15 onwards. Think their 'secret Rover' is Waggot by the sounds of the BS being spouted.
  9. Literally been ticking off the hours waiting for some sort of outcome from yesterday...although the signing of a player for a few suggests we may be getting news the majority of us don't want
  10. I'm not doubting your knowledge at all, but if this could be corroborated and released to the masses it's a big deal and also one in the eye for the tossers that currently own us.
  11. Don't think they ever actually paid for it though? Think they've been paying BRFC a 'penalty' fee ever since.
  12. See previous examples of basically every other club that has been bought in the depths of despair. Rovers situation isn't overly unique (sadly) but the positive is that we have lots of examples of clubs who have been bought in a much worse state then we would be if were in admin / "given away".
  13. Rick Parry just name checking us on Talksport for having issues with paying the bills... Hear us all the time getting confused with Bolton in the past but he named check them too
  14. Sorry Stubbs, I was talking about a cribsheet of some kind that can easily be read on Twitter / Facebook etc.
  15. But isn't it secured on the training ground? (Which I know technically isn't 'ours') It still stinks and to me it's still a worry.
  16. Maybe there needs to be a summation of the facts and made in to an image and get it plastered everywhere. Hopefully then it'll focus people's minds
  17. But, but the only money we owe are to the Raos themselves. We really are going to the wall here. It's a matter of when and not if, isn't it.
  18. This in itself should be worrying each and every Rovers fan. Borrowing money in this way means we are both desperate and exhausted normal funding routes. No doubt this is also prohibitively expensive so sucking more of our limited funds out of the club.
  19. Am I in cloud cuckoo land, or did we lend the thick end of 10m from a random company based in somebody's house a few months ago?
  20. I'm genuinely not sure. I saw a poll before this came to late somebody had done on Facebook asking who wanted the Raos out and who wanted them to stay and it was pretty evenly split. I personally worry that there isn't enough ground swell of support for anything serious to happen (ie protests, tennis balls etc) so those that do participate get turned upon...but I could be wrong.
  21. Whether they were served or warned of being served due to late payment then it is a big issue. If the club is at any point having threats due to not paying their bills on time, that to me is a huge issue...but equally and sadly almost a welcome one as it HOPEFULLY means the end is nigh for the Raos.
  22. The club being served a winding up petition by HMRC due to owing 3.5m isn't insignificant. Lots of people will know that winding up petitions get issued, but it isn't 'normal' at all. What it shows is that we are / have been pissing very close to the wind and adds further fuel to the fire that we are knee deep in the biggest pile of shite we have been since these shysters took over...and that's saying something!
