I'm not making a point about the impact of it, I'm making a point on the need for it. Can you tell me what the need for it is? I still don't know. In any event, people would still have to go to 4 games over the course of the whole season to make it worth being in the reward scheme and never receive the surcharge.....

There's no need for the surcharge, it's as simple as that. We need to attract fans to games, not make it more expensive. (Though I accept, in the overwhelming majority of cases, people will know before the day whether they can attend or not).

You're missing the point. Of course it isn't much money, but it's just pretty much unnecessary (like the surcharge) now and it's served its purpose. Last season, with away games with lower allocations where there was a chance ST holders might not be able to get a ticket (Fleetwood), it made sense. This season, with higher allocations and grounds people have been to before, demand isn't as high. We need to be doing more to encourage people to attend, not to deter them from doing so.

I still think he does a great job for us week in, week out tbh. But then, I play as a striker myself, so I know what it's like as well as anyone! I've said it before, but the reason Dack gets so many goals from 'midfield' is because he plays so high up the pitch, he's practically up front as well!

To be fair, a number of people have been highly critical of him, but they've got a right to an opinion, I suppose! For all the talk about him potentially not being in shape, they're way off the mark! He's also taller than I thought!

I met him tonight at The Aspinall Arms while I was out for something to eat and he was more than happy to have a photo and chat! Top man!

Frustrating today, similar to QPR game last week in that we had loads of chances but were wasteful. Difference being, they had a goal threat... Nobody let themselves down today. Thought Bell and Rodwell looked good and Brereton made the goal and for me, gets better every game. Bottom line, we didn’t get beat, I’m off to have a few beers and to come on here hungover. Better than posting after a skin full, I suppose...

Watched that Sheffield derby. Christ, Wednesday got battered, no idea how they managed a draw. Cracking save from the penalty, though!

I think people have been really harsh on Palmer so far. He's chipped in with goals and fair enough, he can lose possession at times, but at the weekend, he did some very good defensive work. Although Mowbray has played him there, Reed and Palmer don't play in the same position usually......
