For me, Smallwood has looked out of his depth for most of this season and some of last, whereas Evans has been one of our better players. It’s amazing how views can differ. The biggest frustration is our best defensive midfielder in Reed is shunted out wide to accommodate Evans and Smallwood. If there were a chance of us affording Reed, which I have my doubts about, imagine if he said he wouldn’t sign if we were to play him out of position....

People just read what they want to read instead of what has actually been written. Which then causes confusion and frustration all around. The holier than thou stance of some fans (not so much on here to be fair) on social media is absolutely pathetic. Any criticism of the team just gets twisted into something it isn't. They're in for a tough life if they find it that hard to accept criticism......

I do get frustrated with people confusing those who are ‘seeking improvement from Mowbray’ with ‘most of this board wanting Mowbray sacked’. As it goes, I’ve seen 1 or 2 at best making such a suggestion.... We do seem to concede a lot of late goals and have been doing a lot recently. It’s something which needs to be addressed! Why in any walk of life would you not want the best for something you cared a lot about?

As far I can see, expectations are for us to stop shipping so many late goals, then we absolutely don’t need to rein those expectations in whatsoever.

There’s a real possibility that we lose the next two games as well, then that puts a hell of a lot of pressure on the game away against Millwall, which is never an easy game!
