Why is it so hard for some people to grasp that fans are behind the manager but not happy with 1 win in 9 and conceding loads of late goals? It’s really not that complicated.

He's still in credit for what he's done overall so far and I certainly don't want him sacked at the moment, but if this terrible run and continued leaking of late goals carries on, he will be on thin ice......

I’ve just seen the incident with Smallwood and it looked like Smallwood did more damage to Bennett than anyone else.... Either way, he gave the ref a decision to make with the challenge and it was little surprise that it handed Sheffield United the initiative after....

I’ve got the same fears with this lad. Every single time I’ve seen him play he’s looked better than Smallwood, who continues to play instead of him. It would be absolutely sickening if we ended up losing him because we won’t give him enough game time.

I think it’s a bit soon to be talking of getting rid of Brereton yet, but I had certainly hoped he would have shown more than he has so far in sub appearances. (I can’t comment on yesterday’s showing as I wasn’t there). If he’d played every minute of every game and not done a lot, then I’d be worried, so for me, it’s not panic stations just yet....

For me, Smallwood has looked out of his depth for most of this season and some of last, whereas Evans has been one of our better players. It’s amazing how views can differ. The biggest frustration is our best defensive midfielder in Reed is shunted out wide to accommodate Evans and Smallwood. If there were a chance of us affording Reed, which I have my doubts about, imagine if he said he wouldn’t sign if we were to play him out of position....

People just read what they want to read instead of what has actually been written. Which then causes confusion and frustration all around. The holier than thou stance of some fans (not so much on here to be fair) on social media is absolutely pathetic. Any criticism of the team just gets twisted into something it isn't. They're in for a tough life if they find it that hard to accept criticism......

Are they though? This seems to be conjecture at best and the kind of thing that would need proof to give it any credibility. If what you say is true, I’m sure such proof wouldn’t be too difficult to track down....

I do get frustrated with people confusing those who are ‘seeking improvement from Mowbray’ with ‘most of this board wanting Mowbray sacked’. As it goes, I’ve seen 1 or 2 at best making such a suggestion.... We do seem to concede a lot of late goals and have been doing a lot recently. It’s something which needs to be addressed! Why in any walk of life would you not want the best for something you cared a lot about?

As far I can see, expectations are for us to stop shipping so many late goals, then we absolutely don’t need to rein those expectations in whatsoever.

Some folk would say that some go over the top on here, but as DE highlighted well, it isn’t rocket science why we are fed up. Then to think he’s going on about the positives? It’s like an alternate reality.
