I'm a bit torn with how to feel over this. I remember how absolutely horrendous they were with us over our difficulties, so in some ways, their fans are reaping what they sow. Having said that, nobody that follows a football club should have to suffer like this. I was also reading on that timeline on the Bolton news that if anyone wanted to step in with the funds, they could. (I.E.- Eddie Davies or any of the Warburton family).

Have I missed something? When has Elliott Bennett played the 10 role? For what it’s worth (and I love the guy), I wouldn’t want him in the team at no. 10 over any of our other players that can play there under any circumstances!

He’s also 20 years old and you’re far too harsh on him on a regular basis and rarely anyone else...

Whatever anyone thinks of him, he's living in my 'hood nowadays and I saw him walking his dog yesterday..... He's often in The Alma on a Saturday and I seem to be the only one that's still not had a photo op with him! (He was in the stocks at said pub for a fundraiser in July).

I think people are going a bit OTT about Dack's lifestyle. Let's assume he plasters it all over the internet when he's out, as many people do these days. I follow him on Instagram and when he first signed, he did seem to be out a lot, but then it was massively reined in until the end of the season (discounting the night out the team had post Charlton away). He might well be out more than I give him credit for, admittedly, but if he is, I'm not sure people would have any proof of this unless they see it with their own eyes.....

Fundamentally, I'd rather have Bell over Williams tbh. I always like pace from players in wide areas and Bell has that, whereas Williams obviously doesn't..... Williams puts more of a shift in, but I think Bell is better going forward and needs to keep up this current run of games in the side. It could smash his confidence to drop him now, just because Lethal Dezzle is back in the fold.

I agree, there's a lot going on with that, for me.
