  1. Past hour
  2. Nothing there that wasn't said on here earlier, but puts it all in one thread
  3. It’s just the elephant in the room with the lack of progress or no contract talks with trav. Add that to vals interviews re their situations it is leaning towards another exit and Travis is the one with more value
  4. Yeah I agree dont worry, but the way this club is run is anything but sensible, which is why I think the stupid decisions will be made.
  5. I had a quick look at their line up and pretty much all of their better players were on the bench - they're playing Forest tomorrow and United on Saturday.
  6. Why? I mean, I get it because of how the club is run, but we need more central midfield options. Our season was derailed last season because of injuries to TWO central midfielders. Adding three this summer would be sensible.
  7. Anyone seen the list of loans spurs have put out? Some quality players in it
  8. That was my first thought too. Need the judge to turn up first though… I’ve also got to decide whether to get up early to watch ‘just in case’ 😁😁
  9. He wasn't very useful in his last 2 championship seasons - 66 appearances and 13 goals? Those are worse than Sam Gallagher stats
  10. It did cross my mind. It truly would be amateur hour again if they ballsed it up on not understanding this, it probably only takes a phone call to the relevant body to know. Then again this is the club that pressed save instead of send.
  11. that sounds borderline seen/not seen Don't they normally call it a day in the 20s or 30s?
  12. You’d think so but then you have to remember the (lack of) competence of our senior management.
  13. What we call work permits are actually called GBEs - Governing Body Endorsements. Each home nation has its own Governing Body.
  14. Yeh I thought there was something along those lines. I think we'd already know by now if he didn't count either way (GBE or through a British work permit in Scotland) as it would be holding up Henriksson.
  15. He’ll have a visa for Britain (Home Office issued) and a work permit for Scotland (SFA issued). He’d need a work permit for England (FA issued). I’ve reread the FA info and I can’t see anything regarding what @bluebruce thought he remembered. What it does say is a player being loaned from Scotland to England would require an FA issued work permit (and that this requires meeting the FA, not SFA, criteria).
  16. He is s useful player at this level, just not up to LaLiga/Premier League standard Ipswich & Sheff Utd also linked with him
  17. Pretty sure Nixon linked him to us and Burnley, Eustace said it was bollocks (thankfully). He's stealing a living, there's a reason desperate Hull are probably his only option.
  18. If we're signing two CMs Trav is definitely off yeah. I doubt it'll be Derby though, hes too young for that squad.
  19. Pretty sure as he is already playing regularly in Britain (not England), he will already have a British work permit. As he has been with them for 3 years, they will have moved him to a standard work permit by now According to AI AI Overview +4 Scottish clubs do not have Elite Significant Contribution (ESC) slots like English clubs. The English football system uses ESC slots to allow clubs to sign a limited number of exceptional international players who don't automatically qualify for a Governing Body Endorsement (GBE) under the points-based system. While Scottish clubs can sign players from overseas, the process is different and not tied to the same ESC structure
  20. He is a great signing but he doesnt push them up that for. Theyve been ambitious in terms of spending but they are still favourites to go down.
  21. I don’t know tbh, I’ll reread the FA docs to see if anything jumps out.
  22. He’d be daft not to really! As do the club I’m sure
  23. Granit xhaka has catapulted Sunderland into a midtable team. Can't believe leverkusen were willing to let him go
  24. I may be misremembering, but isn't there a bit of a back door with players in Scotland? I had it in my head they would automatically qualify here after they've been there a certain time.
  25. Today
  26. This law change has been brought about due to referees not applying the law in the first place. I recall at Leeds the season before last and the first time Pears got possession of the ball. I timed it at twenty seconds before he played it and that set the tone for the game from a Rovers perspective.
