  1. Past hour
  2. It seems it is accurate. Let’s face it, they deserve no more after what they have reduced this once proud club to.
  3. TGH could play RWB I guess. Hopefully Toth is back on Saturday
  4. Baradji looks decent but no way he'll be made permanent in league 1. Tavares/Deneve/Mclaughlin/Millar/Henrikson are all, lets face it, crap. Gudjonsen is a poacher and offers little else. Gardner-Hickman is league 1. Morishita is average. Alebiosu has been the one spark. You can tell how far the squad quality has plummeted when people are wanting Hedges back in the side. And we still have Pears. It's got to the point where most of us don't give a shit any more. Club is exactly what Venkys deserve. Dead.
  5. Given Alebiosu is gonna be missing for a few games I don't see much other option. Miller at RWB scares the hell out of me.
  6. I think they seem alright. It’s not a lack of effort that’s the issue, they’re just not good enough. It’s hard to bond with the fans when things are going badly on the pitch.
  7. Four teams below & above us. 1 abandonment. 1 point from 21. We’re screwed.
  8. He not good enough. Time for him to go
  9. I thought that Miller was a bit of a liability, then I thought that De Neve was more of a liability - until I saw Tavares, one great touch in x number of minutes? Jeez! McLaughlin is nowhere near as good as Hyam (who was average imo), Henricksson, pointless signing, we are a side, not a team. Ismael and the regime out. 🤞 Shite.
  10. I said at the start of the season. We will get relegated. People said no chance, we’re too good. It’s happening.
  11. and yet they cant even get a new contract sorted for him, that shows just how low the wages we are offering are
  12. 2 goals conceded that shouldn't be happening. De Neve's defending is pathetic. Its simple, track your man, he doesnt. Second Half, pick the fucking ball Pears. Again Basics, why let it run out for a corner. Simple need to be better. Time to go back to 4 at the back for me but discuss that another day
  13. Some on here say we’re in a relegation scrap …thing is….other clubs will scrap , we won’t !
  14. We seem to miss Hedges alot. His work rate this season on the left side had been steady.
  15. We might go down anyway but to have a chance , he has to go now !
  16. That's the word I'd use. Not a one you can really get behind individually or collectively. Full of passengers, journeymen and players that couldn't get a gig at this level anywhere else. What have we become??
  17. Said at the start of the season that we will finish in bottom third despite a worse team and even worse (!) hierarchy. Sadly, if that is the case RG et al will perceive the new 'alignment' as a project in motion and justified. Plus some commentators on here will be at it too -transition, bedding in, kick on next season - we know the playbook.
  18. And to be honest, "we" (as a corporate entity) deserve to be relegated. Mismanaged from the top, no CEO, stadium in a state of disrepair, washed-up manager, signings cobbled together from the bargain bucket, inadequate pitch facilities.... No one could argue it was an injustice if this club sank into League One.
  19. only player who is near the standard of the players we sold is alabausi, you can`t sell travis, dolan, hyam and batth, then replace them with sidnei, morishita, gardner hickman, mcloughlin and deneve and not expect a drop off in results,it`s downgrading massively,if and possibly when we go down i dread to think about the recruitment,we`ll probably end up in the bottom division
  20. Just a thought, looking at the table. Hull City are 6th. They stayed up last season on the last game of the season, they've been under some kind of transfer embargo and could only sign freebies. So they spent zero money and turned a relegation fodder team into one challenging the top 6. We should have absolutely loads of money to spend based on previous sales. Yet we've gone from challenging the top 6 to relegation fodder, losing tons of championship experience and bringing in a load of players none of us had heard of, most of which are rubbish. How's this happened? Wouldn't be down to how competent the decision makers at the club are, or anything like that?
  21. I think we do have to sack the manager. He's clueless. There are some good players in the team. But the real problem are up there higher in the chain.
  22. Think my season has come to an end folks.
  23. Manager has to take his fair share of blame for the loss. Horrible starting lineup and subs came too late. De Neve has shown repeatedly that he doesn't understand the concept of defending, a liability at left wing-back if he needs to track back. We have a weak squad but the manager has to do better, especially in games like this and Oxford the other day. With Alebiosu gone to AFCON for the next couple of matches, we'll be completely devoid of any attacking threat on either flank. Doesn't look good at all.
  24. Disappointing result but overwhelming apathy from me. Feel for the fans on the long drive home. Was important not to lose today against a team who are bang out of form and bang average. We seem to be buckling at crucial times which is a really bad sign. Losing so much championship experience is really costing us. You can play decent football but lose games like today due to a lack of championship nous. A previous poster mentioned how scandalous it was to sell Hyam at the last minute. Well his team just equalised in the last minute again whilst we failed to muster any sort of chance in injury time.
  25. Hyan was quite poor when we drew 1-1 away to Wrexham. He did alot of mistakes. But I won't say Miller is much better.
