  1. Past hour
  2. I can't remember the last time one of your sources came through.
  3. To be fair and to use the full sentence on that, he described it as moving from a 'massive club' to 'another massive' club, which he felt extremely lucky to have represented both. He worked hard in the games he did play for us, so no complaints from me.
  4. Both,absolutely no question!
  5. Or maybe he's mulling over multiple offers.
  6. Honesty is the best policy and something sadly lacking in the Ewood boardroom so fair play to him he isn't the first and won't be the last but he has the balls to admit it. Never ever let us down on the pitch even just before he moved unlike one or two others.
  7. They knocked off £20 🀣 Even at the time some said it was a con trick so they could then say 'no point bothering'. When nobend first did theirs an adult ST behind the goal i think was £100 cheaper than Rovers at the time, Bolton was even cheaper but obviously a league lower. It's hard to fathom are they complete crackpots or just con jobs covering their own arses.
  8. Well you can ask him, i can't iv'e been blocked since 2012 so have to rely on others quoting him. The quote i saw said Rovers offered him a good deal but only 12 months and he wanted 2 years which Derby were willing to match.
  9. I’ve never met you but I count you as a football friend❀️
  10. ...But according to Sufail they listened to Waggott about lowering the prices and got little responce. Always an excuse with these Clowns running our Club.
  11. It's embarrassing and absolutely the fault of this ridiculous regime but nobody gets held to account because the CEO whose been hiding under a COO title has now created the narrative we only have 9k fans. Which is odd considering the average home attendees over a season is around 13.5k. But yes we can't sell anymore so no point bothering.
  12. don't believe Nicko actually said that to be fair about Batth. Think Nixon didn't believe Derby were offering a 2 year contract for Batth I think was his comment actually. my mate? never met the guy in my entire life
  13. It was β€˜just over 8,000’ a month ago. But at least they’ve got their cash flow in early from the core, bugger trying to actually grow crowds on the back of a decent season.
  14. Not necessarily and like i said ask your mate Nixon it's funny you don't chose to believe his words when it suits.
  15. Out of contract players can sign for other clubs right now so if Derby have offer him a 2 years deal he would be asap, maybe this 2 years contract offer isn't correct?
  16. Today
  17. Why not keep it to yourself Sammie?,why tarnish your great reputation with Rovers fans..you must be aware some wont take kindly to it.Our fanbase is on its Arse at the moment. Has apparently also commented how he couldn't get over his move to a MASSIVEβ„’ Club like Ipswich...really!!😲
  18. He's on a free transfer and his contract here is till end of June so nothing will happen before then.
  19. I was told yesterday by someone in the club that the current figure was just over 8000. I asked how many were sold in Phase 2 and told "not so many". They were warned but their arrogance meant they wouldn't listen.
  20. And what about if not on the table? If he been offered that 2 years deal it would have been done by now
  21. Yes i'm all for protecting the assets but they jumped the gun there based more on the hype than anything, he obviously looked good in training but had about half a dozen good first team performances to his name. Can only assume it was on modest money and that's why he's still here.
  22. He did play at Accrington for 45 minutes in pre season and went off injured (I saw him post match in a protective boot - really over the top). He scored in the first game against Derby after coming on as a substitute and started against Stockport scoring twice. In both appearances he was the fully committed player he always was. To compare him to Gestede is totally unfair in my view.
  23. Just because he hasn't yet doesn't mean he won't do as long as it's on the table.
  24. Think it was utter lunacy to hand him that contract - his form and abilities never warranted it. Posted almost a fortnight ago that I'd heard Rovers keen on Ryan Cooney (right back and God help us) and Ricky Jade Jones (striker). Think we all know what happens when a player has an alternative move.
  25. Refusing to play in the hope of forcing a move - it's probably not unusual. but I have to say I find his admission selfish and appalling. Rovers were paying his wages and he's effectively gone on a one-man strike. - I wonder how the rest of the squad felt. There was no reason why he could not have trained as usual for the start of the new season while talks between the clubs went on in the background So yes, he's in the same bracket as Gestede and no doubt many others who behaved similarly - and he's gone down in my estimation. If he's still at Ipswich he should be getting a (not so) warm reception at Ewood next season
  26. Plymouth have appointed Tom Cleverley. Their fans seem overall extremely happy with the appointment. Seems like a good opportunity for Cleverley to prove himself, and potentially get back into the Championship as a manager.
