  1. Past hour
  2. So should we sack Ismael? His home record is woeful. Little wonder Ewood is less than a third full.
  3. Sorry, not having that for one minute. If there were 1000 in, or we were back in lockdown conditions and playing behind closed doors, thats still no excuse whatsoever for not performing.
  4. Not long before we have Sheff Wed at home.......😱
  5. What is wrong with bringing on a left back to play left back (Ribiero?) and De Neve to play LM when chasing a game? Are we not allowed to change shape? Ismael Amorim??? The triple change was completely uninspiring and only weakened the current setup. At the moment it's hard to see past a manager that can't win at home. Not sure many clubs would keep him.
  6. There must have been more Rovers supporters at Preston Friday night, than at Ewood tonight, very disappointing crowd.
  7. We were woeful Totally unrecognisable from Friday night. Rightly beaten. Second best all game
  8. Tin hat on but to me, there is a definite correlation between awful performances and the players not being up for it at Ewood. Ewood used to be a cauldron and no one liked coming here, even top teams but today, it is like a morgue and is no longer a 12th man to the team, sadly, quite the opposite. It is what the Indians and stooges have done to our once great club. In no way am I excusing the awful performances and results but the empty seats and lack of home support are definitely part of the problem.
  9. They'll be lucky to have a home crowd, if this shite home form continues.
  10. I thought we played far worse. Our inability to control the ball to a teammate was night and day
  11. This is a major problem under Ismael. Why are we so flat and lethargic in the first half of games at Ewood? We're not brilliant in the second half either but usually better than the first.
  12. We will go down if we can't sort out our home form. "But we can't counter attack" isn't an excuse - every team playing at home in the league has to deal with their opponents being more defensive. That's totally normal and the game plan should be tweaked accordingly to compensate. Putting all our eggs in the away form basket is asking for trouble in a big way.
  13. I wouldn't bet on it, the way were playing at home.
  14. It will, cos the away wins will not continue, the squad is dreadful. The squad will be weakened in January, of that I have no doubt!
  15. Two Ismael clangers. Yet again the team has no first half energy or purpose. Hedges can play left wing back, De Neve can't.
  16. Coventry are walking the division and they aren't even a parachute payment club. Other than them I don't think there's any other team in the league who you'd look at on game day and say "yeah, they're probably going to win this one". Maybe if Sheffield Wednesday are the opponent, or they're playing us at Ewood, but otherwise... Our problem tonight was that we took a while to get going, and when we were in the ascendancy we missed very good chances to score. For whatever reason the effort was only partially there for the players tonight, summed up by De Neve's inexcusable laziness when we conceded. When we were trying we looked like we could come away with three points, but for too long in this match the players coasted and we ultimately got punished for a combination of wastefulness and lack of desire.
  17. Good to see you posting Blue Blood, I'm amazed you think we look "comfortable" though. Wednesday obviously look like they'll take up one of the relegation spots. You might argue the same about Oxford to a lesser degree. After that Id expect Sheff Utd to finish above us and it wouldnt take much for Norwich to suddenly click either. Are we significantly better than either Swansea or Portsmouth? Our home form will be crucial. If we can't sort that out I still think we'll go down.
  18. We must have the worst home record in the Championship, we badly missed Trondtadt in midfield. Shite performance, if we don't snap out of our terrible home record, it could drop us into league 1.
  19. I think we will be relegated regardless of who the manager is! But I do not rate the guy anyway and he should never had been appointed!
  20. Critically, on the goal, just gave the ball away under no pressure.
  21. Absolutely massive 5 games in the next 17 days, including 3 games against teams in the bottom 5. Could be season defining.
  22. I think we are not in the relegation zone yet because the Division is full of dross! Coventry, Ipswich then possibly Middlesbrough and Southampton, the rest are crap! It must be the worst 2nd Division, I have ever known..
  23. Abysmal performance like almost all the home games at Ewood under Ismael. Second to everything, looked unfit and no confidence to play forward or get runs in behind. Players looked disinterested in the last 20mins instead of pushing for a goal. People moan about the lack of fans and atmosphere at Ewood but for heavens sake give us something to get behind.
  24. I don’t attend night games at this time of year but watched on Sky. The half time stats showed we won 27 aerial challenges against 70 won by QPR.
  25. Beginning to think Gueye might have won a raffle to become a footballer. The bloke is 6’5 and can’t even make himself a nuisance, he has to be one of the worst CF’s to wear the shirt.
