As a relatively new Rovers fan, I enjoy reading all of the above posts. I hope it can become enjoyable, and not just winning again, but the club that so many on here of expressed that they knew since their youth. Living in Texas, I only speak regularly to one person who is older than me, who grew up in Blackburn, and has been a Rovers fan all of his life, and he lives in California. There are Rovers fans all over the globe, and most of them are pretty dissatisfied at this point in time. Rao’s/Venkys, Please sell the club to someone who loves it and cherishes the memories that they have enjoyed for all of their life. Even if they are only well intentioned and make mistakes, it would be better. For all of you, I hope the old passion for the club comes back.

This is the journo that broke the story of Gueye signing for Rovers. Slightly above €1m (£867k) is certainly different to £1.8m -

Unfortunately for me if I didn't support Blackburn, I would have ended up a Southampton fan and the similarities between the two throughout the last 30 odd years is uncanny. Crap owners, fans that have gone through plenty of high and many lows from the Premier League to League One, countless amount of players who have played for both Rovers and Saints, great academy, and an annoying neighbour down the road that hates your guts 😂 I'll be back at Ewood in March coincidently for the Portsmouth game. -

Pretty sure Barnsley have previously put a £5m price tag on DKD. That might have come down a bit but it won't be to the level we're willing to pay. -

Are Villa really going to cancel this players current loan, where he's playing very regularly, to come and play second fiddle to Alebiosu? I would imagine that if we are genuinely interested in this player, it may be to replace Alebiosu, should he leave this window. -

Alebiosu is a wing back, the other 2 are not really even full backs, let atone wing backs, as well as Litherland did for a couple of games, we really missed (and still do) a genuine wing back in the mould of Alebiosu -

On the face of it Keillor-Dunn looks like he'd be a good signing but will cost money and we have competition so probably won't happen. The lad from Villa looks a completely pointless signing but if guaranteed some game time wouldnt cost us much, if anything at all, so probably has every chance of happening. -

Closest we have available in reserve is Lucas Houghton, who probably isn't currently at the level we need Theo Pitt looks to have a lot of potential, but he is still literal schoolboy and not even due to sign a scholarship deal until the summer I think we do need a right wing back for the rest of the season as cover/competition for Alebiosu, despite Ismael seemingly thinking otherwise -

Alebiosu, Miller and Litherland all can cover Rwb, goals have to be the priority before any other defenders, especially kid loans -

Depends if any loans are better. We dont have any youth right wing backs. Not that I am advocating this specific player. -

Didnt your mate on twitter say that Alebiosu to Everton was already done? Are they the rumours you refer to? I think he will go in the summer. -

Such a heartbreaking thread, thanks to all for sharing. This thread needs printing off and handing to Suhail. Nothing more I can add. I am working really hard right now trying to promote the boycott. Seeing fans infighting is also heartbreaking and so destructive and futile. I am exhausted of Rovers and my wife is amazed I, along with a small band of others, still have any fight left in us. Eventually I probably won't. What I do then is any ones guess. -

I think that every post on this thread, needs to be printed and put under the noses of the people destroying what was once our wonderful club. Like many on here, I am no longer getting any enjoyment out of following it and feel totally alienated by what is going on. No longer can we trust the decision makers and the owners and I am very close to bailing out too and not spending any more time or more following the hollow shell that was once one of the great pleasures in my life.

I'm fifty three and my dad started talking me in the early seventies. One there was a massive ruck on the Bolton road with Sunderland fans. My dead had to stick me over a garden wall out of harm's way (I was still only little) before he smacked a few of them so we could both make a dash for it. We're moved away from lancs in the seventies too. Rovers is my link to where I'm from. It's actually part of my identity. I don't get to see many games. But they're always the first result I look for. Genius are slowly killing the club and their reasons for obstinately refusing sell, I can only guess at. Someone said earlier, the fans are exhausted. I'll bloody bet they are. We're fighting reality on a weekly basis because we all went these shite hawk arseholes to get the hell out of our club, but they just refuse, against all sense. Of course that is going to be exhausting over a timeline such as we've seen. In fact, you could end up really making yourself unwell like this. I've just had to stop caring because it's just so toxic.

Keillor-Dunn has good pedigree in League's One and Two, but to my knowledge he hasn't ever played in the Championship. At 28 this is a risk...but then I suppose I'd prefer it to some random striker from the Belgian 2nd division.
