  1. Past hour
  2. Both the coalition and trust issued statements a couple of days ago
  3. deffo the recruitment at United over the years has been a problem. United's summer recruitment still didn't address the midfield problem or the centre back problem or goalkeeper problem. They need a number 1 keeper and didn't get one, similar with centre back and centre midfielder areas. Why didn't they sign a back up striker like Brighton's Danny Welbeck who would have fitted that role perfectly Why didn't they look at City's keeper Ortega or centre back like Forest's Murillo or midfielder Elliott Anderson? Surely any new Man United head coach will surely move to 4-2-3-1 formation and put Fernandes were he should be playing as a number 10 with Cunha left and Mbeumo on the right with Sesko up front. Amorim won't admit his system didn't work here. The players can't play it and still don't understand how to play it either
  4. I remember Kevin Keegan having the same philosophy at Newcastle, he won nowt.
  5. Its Ismael and coaching staff who are responsible for the players performance not the player liaison officer. Yet we already have money for January set in the kitty as Gestede confirmed in interview post transfer window
  6. Agree with this 100% Mercer. In light of this I am wondering why the Coalition hasn’t taken the opportunity as representatives of the supporter base, to issue its own statement giving their view, of the clubs actions, and their wholehearted support of the Lancashire Telegraph? Along with the pitch fiasco vs Ipswich is it not a great opportunity to express our views and highlight to the wider fanbase the damage that Venkys are doing to the club on an ongoing basis? This is not a criticism of the Coalition but a genuine question as to why we / the Coalition are not using these types of situations to put the boot right into Venkys and their stooges?
  7. Let's hope Ismael doesn't come up with another defensive formation. Theres only one way to win a game, all out attack.
  8. I wouldn't bet against another abandoned game, or postponement Saturday. Strong winds and rain forecast.
  9. I would certainly say that Rovers will be classed as an NPA. Makes sense to me.
  10. Whoever running Ewood these days, there not up for Rovers.
  11. Don't stash a bag of wot sits, you'll be down the cells.
  12. I stopped off for a pie at Leavers, on the way to Darwen. They past the taste test.
  13. Aye, chalk and cheese compared to the last couple of games. Second to every ball at Charlton. Last thing you want though, when you're not playing well, is your keeper making a mess of his first attempted save. We were poor from 1 to 11.
  14. It's his first game back, almost certainly it was pre-planned that he would come off at half time, presume he will get 60 mins on Friday, and 75 mins next week v Orient
  15. Was Forshaw taken off, for injury, precaution, or just poor ?
  16. while i thought it was a penalty, there is no excuse for being humiliated by a side that plays extremely basic football and outhustles you,i thought it was very concerning tbh,if you don`t have the heart for a fight then you are in trouble
  17. Forshaw taken off at half time with Rovers 3-1 up, Mullarkey-Matthews with the first before Tyjon put away 2 penalties
  18. please read...this is my best guess https://www.moneylife.in/article/banking-secrecy-or-shield-for-cronies-sbi-refuses-to-name-big-loan-defaulters-after-67-percentage-haircut/77604.html
  19. Today
  20. Why would “less politics to navigate give an even greater licence to delve deeper “ into the 150th anniversary?
  21. If that's all he's guilty of, it isn't really worth even mentioning.
  22. It will be a bit chilly on Tuesday evening. If the Stasi want to search me for sneaking in an illicit pie they will have to put their hands down my undies to find my warm peppered steak.
  23. I think this is a reach. 'Storied past' suggests stuff that is more tied to the 150th anniversary
