  1. Past hour
  2. I don’t think Cresswell is at that level yet but going off last nights Quansah could well be. Him and Anderson were the stand outs for me. I was disapointed with McAtee, he’s not in the game enough in my opinion. The same applies to Elliot but he looked to be suffering from the after effects of the knee slide against the Dutch. He had huge ice pack on it when he came off. Stupid thing to do. Scott was looking decent until he got fouled out of the game. Livramento ? Is he a right back ? I thought he favoured the left side. The guy actually playing at left back reminded me of Pickering, steady but lacking pace.
  3. New ideas of innovations should only be done when there is a tangible benefit. I don't see any upside at all in this. Your view is your choice but for the majority of football supporters it's unnecessary and gimmicky.
  4. Anderson and Livramento should be in the next squad. As should Lewis Hall. Also Cresswell and Quansah will get England call ups. Both set for good moves this from reports
  5. Truly shocking that Kneecap and some other pillocks called Bob Vylan were allowed to politicise a Music event with hate filled retoric. The irony of their action's?... Young Isrealis were murdered in cold blood at a MUSIC FESTIVAL. Have those in the Glastonbury crowd no Consience/Brain's either? I was as ever enjoying the event coverage but that was horrible to hear about..that's me done with it.
  6. Agree on Kapaudi point. But you also need to created more chances in games whether its being abit more attacking or having more pace in team. Still need 4 or 5 in. Centre back and right winger are the main ones at the moment but we need some out who aren't going to regular starters or not willing to be number 2 all season
  7. Brilliant that they won it. What a good header by Rowe. Delighted for Carsley and those players. Come on England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Elliott Anderson should be in that next England squad along with Tino Livramento
  8. You witness the reaction of fans up and down England when 6 PL, 3 Italian and 3 Spanish tried to set up an European Super League Promotion and relegation is part and parcel of football Probably cos I open to new ideas and trying these things out. Plus I seen it for years in NBA players/head coaches during a game or showing locker room footage during Rugby league games or speaking to F1 team principles during F1 qualifying sessions and races. Other sports have done so why not football. Let's be honest it going a small bit of dressing room footage and nothing more probably about 10 to 15 seconds clips of what is happening in the dressing room and a couple of interviews with players who have been sub. Not that much of a change isn't it. Still the game can be stopped for a number of minutes, no communication to the fans. In International Rugby Union you can hear what the ref and VAR person are saying. So why can't Football do that

  10. It wasn't the football authorities in England who wanted VAR. The clubs wanted it and fund it. Had it not been for Covid it would have been in the Championship a few seasons ago. It has it's bad points but has also righted many wrongs which is the main purpose of it. Reading through these posts it appears that you are the only one who likes the idea of pitch side interviews and dressing room cameras. I think that ratio would be reflected throughout football as I believe the vast majority will see it for what it is - an unnecessary, superfluous sales gimmick.
  11. They chased him for a few years, he was on the brink of signing in 2023 too but it collapsed literally at the last minute on deadline day. Brightons recruitment team get a lot right but I find this one a bit odd.
  12. @glen9mullan hi mate could we collate with Wednesday fans in all of this? I'm sure if a few if of representatives join a Wednesday forum it could start from there to get the ball rolling?
  13. Only man that can make the word ''Wibble' absolutely hilarious.
  14. It's another slo-mo car crash, neatly staged to paper over the obvious cracks, but designed ultimately with the INTENTION of driving our club downhill into the ground. Get ready Bamber Bridge, for another burial. MMW. VENKYS OUT!
  15. Is there anyone playing this thing that was born later than 1965?
  16. Yesterday
  17. And everybody in Burnley.
  18. Just had as good an evening as I’ve ever had at Glastonbury at my 15th. Had a break from my shift to catch most of John Fogerty’s set, followed after shift by Pulp and then Nick Lowe. Just relaxing on a sofa in the crew bar behind the Acoustic stage waiting for my wife, son and several friends to get up after Neil Young.
  19. One person would be in favour of it.
  20. I would swap with them immediately. Their issues will come to an end. Ours won't.
  21. I’ll watch it later.
  22. 80yr old Neil Young rocking the stage at Glasto. Legend, not In the legend slot, but being a legend, we are blessed.
  23. Quansah awesome 9/10 performance. We rode our luck at the end with the one off the bar. I never like to see a team defending the 6 yard box for 15 minutes. Anything can happen but we got away with it. Well done boys.
  24. There’s absolutely no point refs booking ‘keepers for time wasting if they’re not prepared to then give them a second one.
  25. Always nice to beat the Germans, congratulations to the squad and Lee Carsley 🙂
  26. I bet Fulham couldn't believe their luck when Birmingham offered £12m+. This Rowe lad is twice the player.
