  1. Past hour
  2. Sure, is the player liason officer or head of commercial and partnerships going to the people to blame if we go down? What role have they play in his going down?
  3. It does feel like a threat of some description, so I wonder what the club will do now. This could be a very big own goal if the LT take their opportunity. How much, must they know, that they decided not to publish to retain the harmony?
  4. Can't believe the amount of deluded morons on there
  5. Excellent statement from the LT. Not gone down well with the Club plants in the comments section.
  6. I hope Elliott is claiming for his Fire Stick on expenses. Thank goodness for technology.
  7. The usual nobhead comments from the have your say section. Blaming the reporter. These have to be plants surely
  8. Yep this is where we are at yet again i think. 'Oh we need a complete reset to realise all the assets, reduce the losses and replace with cheaper younger players to grow for the next firesale' ...., also applies to staff behind the scenes. Waggot won't agree to such changes all at once so he's out, now who can we call to do this radical restructure ???? The old regime is back in favour and snouts are back in the trough courtesy of the man from the shadows who has always still been in place.
  9. Two hours per week!! Is that 2 hours before or after the lunch break?
  10. I actually firmly believe that Mowbray was wrongly targeted about the relegation, as he had a very good return during his stint in charge that season and had it not been for the match fixing, between Huddersfield and Big club, he would have kept us up.
  11. So JDT 'shit or bust' style was the most successful! I know there were a lot of issues with Mowbray's reign - particularly towards the end - but his record in taking over a plummeting team (under Coyle) and almost keeping us up doesn't look too shabby on comparison with the others.
  12. Not too sure what you mean here, but if you can clarify, I am happy to explain.
  13. Less politics to negotiate is a very telling phrase.
  14. I know what he said, and we've had this discussion before, I'm not going through it again.
  15. Is the player liason officer or head of commercial and partnerships going to the people if we go down? @lraC
  16. Perhaps with Glen's permission, the LT could run a story about this. Rovers Revisited

  18. West Ham interviewed aswell and said no for similar reasons. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11685/13123981/ruben-amorim-on-west-ham-reports-sporting-boss-apologises-to-clubs-fans-after-confirming-hammers-talks#:~:text=Ruben Amorim has admitted to,not comment at the time. West Ham source reveals the reason why they rejected Ruben Amorim as they searched for a manager in the summer - despite him flying in for an interview - as Man United deal looms | Daily Mail Online https://share.google/9vP2BTqVYUILiExNV
  19. The Telegraph conducting themselves with dignity and professionalism with what must be an extremely challenging development for them. Unlike the cowboys running Rovers who wouldn't know the meaning of the word professionalism and continue to drag a once proud institution through the gutter
  20. There is the prize money element too. Perhaps not trying in the league has cost them a few million then.
  21. You don't get more Gary Bowyer than that.
  22. I highly doubt this is true, he will have gone to win every game, he was just a poor manager who couldn't get wins in the PL. If it is actually true, he deserves to be sacked for that alone. Why would Spurs fans pay extortionate amounts of money for a season ticket, knowing the manager is "giving up" on the league?
  23. Today
  24. There could be a hint here that they are willing to do an expose. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/25502945.commitment-blackburn-rovers-coverage-ban/
  25. The 5 people most likely to cause our relegation this year. It isn’t all down to the manager, but take your choice.
  26. Is it now 13 losses in a row to promoted teams away from home?
  27. My guess is that he will get the boot if Liverpool tub them at Anfield in a few weeks. I read this morning that one reason they are sticking with him is that there are no plausible alternatives out there. I'd also say that any sensible manager would stay away from the job. It's a poisoned chalice. As long as the Glazer's are taking money out and Ratcliffe is wielding the axe with his corporate cost cutting ideas nothing will change. Allegedly Liverpool were looking at Amorim when Klopp decided to leave but decided against it after he said he'd be playing 3-4-3. They told him that Liverpool's players aren't set up for that system.
