As the subject of censorship is the hot topic of the moment are we ever going to get any sort of explanation as to how we ended up with various sets of minutes arising out of the last meeting or how the heavily censored and slightly embellished set seemingly came to be initially agreed with the Club?

He was never the problem. From my dealings with him - I thought he was a decent bloke.

It's all getting a bit he said she said at this stage. Bit worrying that the LT keep saying they're willing to sit down and sort it out - we could end up with even more wearisome sycophantic coverage than we had previously. At this stage their stance should be completely unequivocal, in no way will they consider changing their staff round to suit the Club and their reporting will remain impartial, balanced and objective. If Pasha and Gestede think the extremely tame Jackson is bad, maybe the LT should put me, JH Rover and Wilesden on a rolling reporting rota. The Club would be begging for Elliott back within the week.

The fact they are trying to lose a man his job and basically wreck his career - by squealing to other clubs - shows how the rumours of multiple players and club staff leaving because of toxic people in charge might well have a lot of truth to it. Doubt a lot of this would have been allowed to happen if the former CEO was still here and that's not defending him but i think he would've kept a lid on a lot of it.

That is unbelievably shocking. A truly committed manager would never have booked that trip in the first place, and even if he had, would have cancelled after that disgraceful performance on Saturday to work on what went wrong. What sort of example does it also give to the players……… ‘ ah well that was abysmal, not to worry, got to shoot off now. See you Monday afternoon and we can have a chat about the next game then. I must say I was surprised my move to Grasshoppers was made so difficult,” he admitted. RoversXtra understands that Blackburn were firm in negotiations with Grasshoppers, initially pushing for a high sell-on clause while removing the training fee. After a lengthy process, an agreement was finally reached on September 1st, with a 25 percent sell-on clause in place, which allowed the training fee to be waived. When asked about the general feeling among the youth players at Blackburn, Bloxham chose his words carefully. “I don’t want to speak on behalf of others, but a lot has changed during my two-year spell at Blackburn,” he said. When asked for his thoughts on the ownership at Blackburn, Bloxham admitted it wasn’t an area he could give much detail on. Bloxham said “I can’t comment on the ownership, I honestly haven’t got much insight to tell, unfortunately, or I would,” he explained. “Football is a business at the end of the day, and the club is always looking to make and save as much money as possible.” That said, he did open up about frustrations over how his own situation was handled during his move to Grasshoppers. “I would’ve liked my transfer to be dealt with a lot better. What they did was allowed, but morally I feel it was wrong. To release a player and still ask for compensation and sell-on fees, to the point it could have stopped a move happening, was just so frustrating from my end.” He also revealed just how complicated the move became behind the scenes. “It took involvement from the EFL, FA and PFA to speak to Blackburn and help this move to Grasshoppers get over the line, and perhaps without them it wouldn’t have happened. For them, I’m very grateful for their involvement.”

I am convinced it has been all kept under wraps to keep the relationship intact. Who knows what's going on behind closed doors now, but they could have a filed day now, unless the club back down and quickly.

To the extent there are any skeletons, not sure why the LT would be aware of any of them. They could have a field day highlighting instead of ignoring as previously some of the stuff that's in the public domain though. Investment turned down for the ladies team, deliberately relegated, now losing anything from 5 or 6 nil to 13 nil every week. The Court Case. Wharton offloaded for a pitiful amount to keep the lights on. Sky Sports removed from Blues Bar. The dispute with the kit manufacturers. CEO left and not replaced. The allegedly toxic atmosphere within the Club and the very high turnover of both playing and non playing staff. And that's all relatively recent stuff without even examining the transfer deadline day debacles or before that events from years ago.

With Swansea fetching about 300 I doubt there will even be 7,000 actually in the ground.
