Not easy when there'll only be about half to two thirds of that in the BBE thanks to the pathetic pricing policy, amongst other things. -

What actually is his injury? They normally say "knee", "ankle" etc, this one just seems to be defined as "an injury", which seems rather nebulous -

Rovers's January transfer needs
KentExile replied to chaddyrovers's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Trying to apply logic here, but maybe the original terms a little too high for Rovers, which would surprise nobody, so they are chancing their luck to see if Birmingham will accept one or a combination of a lower overall fee payment structured over a longer time add on's/sell on changed Also, given his alleged wage at Birmingham is around the £20K/week mark, maybe they are seeing if Birmingham will pay half for the duration of his contract. I think we know what the answer will be there Personally I wouldn't bother, runs around a lot, doesn't do much -

We are horrible with a back four. Miller is not an out and out centre half. He likes to drive up the field a bit with the ball. It’ll be the same but de neve in for hedges unfortunately -
Re the admin element of this. I’m not sure how they could Rovers into administration whilst simultaneously claiming the holding company is solvent. If the holding company was the one put into administration the administrators would also then be in control of Rovers + the company which owns the training ground. I doubt they’d decide the thing to do was to sell them to two separate people.

What would he offer at 5 a side? Its that point in the season where every team will keep picking up injuries. Ours are only amplified by having injury prone players in some cases, and because we are overreliant on too small a pool of players because the alternatives are so bad. -

Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach
Tomphil2 replied to DE.'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
That says everything about the game management and weakness of the squad. To be fair a couple of times Ismael has gambled and tried to win games late on and that's something Eustace never did which drew the critics. It's obvious why he didn't though but by the same stretch Ismael seems prone to doing the same thing time and again and coming unstuck but not learning a thing from it. Bizarre but given his overall Championship record with at times stronger squads than this it really isn't surprising. -

A real shame for Hedges as his performances have been very good. The change to wing back suits him. De Neve will start, I'm sure. I'm now 20% less confident of winning -

To Wednesday this is a free hit, day out for the fans and best chance of an away win all season given our record. No pressure on them whatsoever. -

Difficult to call. Yes, Owls almost certainly doomed to relegation, however, their hated owner has gone and there is a new found optimism - couple that with the backing of 5 thousands fans and this game is undoubtedly going to be difficult. If I had to make a call then it would be for another Rovers' home loss.
