  1. Past hour
  2. great bit of negotiation, reject a bid of 1.5 million, claim you are steadfast that you value him more than that and then accept less two weeks later, how to do business the pasha way😁 for the record,id`e take the derby journalist`s story before i believe anything that the rovers puppet jackson writes
  3. Trav, Batth, Weimann, Sanderson and Beck to all score in a 0-5 humping?
  4. No more embarrassing than the last 15 years.
  5. At the end of last season, the only real objective for the summer was to keep hold of Trav, Brittain and Tronstad, strengthen the attack and we should do ok. Now we've sold 2 of the 3 and added fuck all in attack.
  6. No one can tell me playing Derby on our 150th celebration was a coincidence. Someone has a sense of humour. That day might end up being very embarrassing for us.
  7. He is an important player for them and sometimes plays further forward so i cant imagine that it will be either or.
  8. Ha, Derby journo half an hour ago saying fee of 1.2 million agreed before add on's, 20 mins later Jackson pops up with 'fee could rise to 3 miilion with add on'e'. Never be in any doubt which hymn sheet he sings from. If you seek the truth in this start at the Derby end...
  9. Their current captain is Ebou Adams, so its conceivable that Travis would take his place in the side meaning they would need a new captain
  10. According to some he hasn’t been seen for 7 days. Can’t pick someone who’s not there
  11. Exactly it - what Travis brings off the pitch is going to be hard to replace all players loved him crowd loved him and he got stuck in phrely footballing terms very limited hence not a queue to get him but still what he brought to our team going to be a big big loss
  12. Would be interesting if Travis gets the armband at Derby. Ability wise he was limited, but his character and leadership will be badly missed. Im sure the handling of the situation will of done no good for team morale. I like the look of Baradji but the fact he may not be fit, and then he's got to get up to match fitness means we may not see him until October time. More importantly, we need attackers!!!
  13. Alex crook known for getting plenty wrong however no other bidders they are going to want the money and more questions will be asked if that is the price considering Elliot has literally just reported the valuation hasn’t been met
  14. That’s not from an official source that Iv seen?
  15. Genuinely wouldn't put anything past the club these days tbh. It's only my opinion but i think Baradji replaces Trav and the RW will be likely be a loan
  16. I actually couldn't care less about this Baradji now. It's the top part of the pitch that matters.
  17. To your first point - I'm of the opinion it's weakened our position considerably. To your second, absolutely.
  18. Somewhere i have saved an article from the takeover time from an Indian business website who published an article on it and it stated they were using a bank loan for the purchase. I can't remember which bank it said it was but i know it wasn't the usual State Bank of India. It's always been my view that however it was purchased they got that money back pretty quickly through player sales. For balance though that article quotes only one bit of the company - Venkys India Ltd - which itself comes under the main head company of VH Group.
  19. I've still got zero problem with Ismael telling the truth - that Travis wants out and has submitted a transfer request. As for the spinning narrative - you mean what's left of our fan base, right? Tens of thousands have walked away.
  20. well done β€œVal” for being honest
  21. FFS he hasn't gone yet. However, a word to the wise, GET ON WITH IT WILL YE? Mealy mouthed mendacious meatheads, the lot of em. VENKY INBREDS AND CHURLISH NE'ER DO WELLS OUT!
  22. If you think the club are beyond spinning it that he covers both positions, it may be an unpleasant finish to the transfer window. This is our last ESC slot I think, unless I'm having a brain fart, and they've struggled to land a RW with a slot available (as they could have cancelled Mafoumbi at any time). Let's not forget De Neve has played a lot of his football as a LB and LWB but he's basically playing on the wing here.
  23. Bombay Bicycle Club - Shuffle
  24. Today
  25. Yeah the chair thing is daft - when we left Kaiser Chiefs early it was like a bloody obstacle course trying to get away! Similarly we tried to make our way around the main stage crowd while Courteeners were on and it was nigh on impossible. They need to do something to contain the chairs to a certain area - it was like seeing Brits on holiday at times with their beach towels - groups of empty chairs set out it 'reserve' a decent spot at the main stage for later while their owners were away watching something else. Have booked again for 2026 πŸ™‚
