  1. Past hour
  2. So, we were winners at Wembley after all 😃
  3. Pretty much every club will be big spenders compared to us, sadly. Real shame for Wilder, such a likable chap. 😁
  4. Hopefully that puts Sheffield United deep in the shit. They gambled big on going up this season and it could lead to troubled times there. Good.
  5. They will get a few quid for Harmer.
  6. I think on "Gazzas Tears - One night in Turin" one of the players says I cant remember ever seeing Peter save a penalty 😐
  7. sunderland will have to spend a lot of money sensibly to have a go at staying in the premier league,i can`t think of any of their players, bar ballard and maybe the goalkeeper hacking it in the top flight
  8. Hope you’re enjoying you day Wilder
  9. If you say so, but to me Davies, Cannon, Moore, Diaz, Campbell etc are nothing but mid-table championship standard but probably all picking up £50k+ Hamer the standout man for them, but he’s surrounded by overpaid shite - their wage bill will be ridiculous
  10. First 50+ Million parachute payment just kicked in for Sheff Utd
  11. Quite the opposite - that's a fantastic group of players (for this level). Wilder should be sacked this evening.
  12. They had a deduction this season, and I don’t think they’ve sorted their finances since - gambled on another promotion so expect a big regression there, especially given next season is their final parachute payment year as they only get 2. Sunderland would have spend more, given their likely sale of Bellingham.
  13. Not sure that Sheff Utd can afford to spend big, As they came down from the Prem after 1 season, they only get 2 years parachute payments, not 3, so they might have to start adjusting downwards
  14. Four? Wrexham, Birmingham, Sheffield United, Leicester, Southampton and Ipswich will all spend big. Others might give it a go too if they're confident in their squads - someone like Boro for example.
  15. Congrats to Sunderland. An ambitious managerial appointment, backed by the board and owners. Could have been us with both JDT and Eustace. Until we get rid of Venky's, however, we'll just have to repeatedly watch other teams succeed instead.
  16. I’d love to see their wage bill - so much highly paid dross there. A few troublesome years coming there way now
  17. goes to show, you can have all the possesion,be the best side and have the better players but if you don`t put the ball in the net it does`nt matter😄
  18. Absolutely hilarious that Sheff Utd bottled that! Bad news for the championship though, as there will now be 4 big spenders in the league.
  19. Sheff United have absolutely bottled this season there’s no doubt Sunderland’s promotion has similarities to ours with their terrible run going into the play offs
  20. Great scenes for Sunderland. Just a shame it's something we will never see again.
  21. Taxi for Wilder 😁😁😁
  22. Patterson has made a couple of absolute worldie saves, but yeah Sheffield United have offered nothing this half - just expected to see out the 45 minutes this half. You have to go for the kill. This is a bottle job of epic proportions.
