Best time to play the likes of Soton, Ipswich and Leicester away is either at the very start or very end of the season IMO. More chance of catching them off guard either before they've got settled down or after there's nothing left to play for. There's absolutely shit loads of teams in Spain, shouldn't be an issue finding opposition although the standard won't be great I don't think. Real Murcia and Cartagena would be the obvious choices.....
