  1. Past hour
  2. Hyam, Travis, Tronstad, Cantwell plus Ribeiro or Pickering at left back..add Hedges. Plus hopefully someone like Dramah at right back. More experience to replace Brittain But if we want to play Ismael's way we also need to sign the players who fit that style. Ismael wants pace, athleticism and ability to get up and down the pitch
  3. Don't look on Ty Dolan's Instagram account then? 🤣
  4. Feels like this Boro move came out of the blue for Brittain
  5. Carter and Wharton Injury prone. Leaving 25% of the spine with championship experience. Doesn’t look good at all.
  6. The Andy Crawford 'smokes his own exhaust' story repeats itself! I always knew it would, one day. Next thing you know, we'll be treated to pictures of Tyrhis 'training alone on the beach'.. Shameful, on the part of the faceless bastards behind the scenes at Rovers.
  7. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/blackburn-rovers-urged-to-sell-callum-brittain-to-middlesbrough-after-pre-season-flashpoint/ Well said Simon!
  8. I’ve not had much good or bad to say about Jackson, but this is possibly the shittest article I’ve ever seen a “journalist” conceive.
  9. He hasnt signed for someone. 2 weeks after officially leaving here he is without a club and training on his own. Wonder why he hasn't got a club yet
  10. We have been bringing players from overseas in the last 3 windows. We still have plenty of Championship experience. Hyam, Carter, Wharton, Pickering , Cantwell, Hedges, Forshaw, Travis and Tronstad. Would include Brittain but looks like he is off to Boro which i am disappointed and gutted about. Ismael talks about the profile of player he wants and each signing fitting that.
  11. He hasn’t gone anywhere
  12. That’s come as quite a shock. Ungrateful sod. He’d be playing for Brig if it wasn’t for Rovers.
  13. I ruddy hate click bait. Why can't someone just say that he has gone and where he has gone to. Wankers.
  14. Today
  15. I managed to see the start when some boxing announcer was giving it the 'let's get ready to rumble' nonsense and then counted down from the sideline the for the kick off. This was after all the players had been introduced with a fanfare as they came out individually onto the pitch. The co-commentator then said 'double pivot' when referring to something Chelsea did. At that point I switched over. If our football ever got to the glitzy, razzamatazz nonsense that FIFA/America want then I would be gone like a shot.
  16. U21s match report Batty & Garrett both started, and Mafoumbi is fit and still here, he came off the bench
  17. Yesterday
  18. Too many games that aren't financially lucrative.
  19. Why have these clubs played all these matches in this competition? I thought there were too many games? That's the excuse they gave for canning the FA Cup replays.
  20. Bringing players in from abroad needs to be done over a few windows to try balance the squad. We are losing a lot of experience here. Half of our starting 11 have experience in the championship and a few are injury prone. Lose 1-2 players through injury and we will struggle massively. The depth of the squad will filled with unknowns and kids. It’s a big ask for any manager to deal with this situation. There’s no excuse, there were some good players available on a free snapped up by our competitors. Slow off the mark again
  21. We can rarely "know" these things but I think I've got a pretty fair idea! One big clue---he hasn't signed!!
  22. You can at least tag the persons you're referring to in your post. And no, our opinions about the club regarding various topics are almost as diametrically opposed as one can be. But I'm sure @chaddyrovers wants the very best for the club like we all do on this forum.
  23. I enjoyed that. PSG didn’t like it up ‘em, that’s for sure.
  24. But no comment on Root though? The way he got out was similar to Brook?
