  1. Past hour
  2. They had to massage something and it wasn't gonna be his nuts
  3. They massaged his hamstrings too. Hope it's just fatigue, but who knows with this club.
  4. Last time i looked at the Sheff Weds tickets they had a handful left in the next to end block in the upper tier. I know the online sales often throw up red herrings when it comes to guessing how many sold but if that was correct they'll only have one block left to sell. I'm of the opinion they've suspended sales because they don't want to be made to pay for a full extra allocation of 500/1000 in the lower. Obviously Wednesday would want to sell as many as possible so why they'd insist that i don't know but football clubs are strange things often run by clueless people. And they need money. It's the only reason i can think of to stop sales, initial allocation almost sold.
  5. Baradji looks like a match winner once he can play 70-80 minutes a game. So good on the ball.
  6. We really need another striker. Henriksson worked hard today but he's not really a striker and we need better if we're going to stay up.
  7. What word gets around? These are professional footballers, they quickly work you out. He gave up one shot (and forced his man wide in the process) in 90 minutes. We'll see how he develops, especially considering we've got Wharton, Carter, Miller, O'Riordan, Litherland and Atcheson (sp) breathing down his neck. For once we're in a good position.
  8. Brian Bevan the Aussie Rugby League winger. He came out with every part of his body bandaged, he looked like a mummy, but when he got the ball nobody could catch him.
  9. When questioned how will the ref answer? He saw it and gave a yellow. Another example of the apalling refs we have in Championship.
  10. Great point. Barajdi looks bloody good to me. Cantwell and Tronstad excellent too. Happy with the point.
  11. Gestede seems very much aligned with Pasha, so I assume they've already green lit the funds. Someone clearly pulled the rug on Broughton when he tried to sign O'Brien and McGuire.
  12. He seems to have come out of nowhere. Looks like we picked him up from Aston Villa a few years ago - seems an odd one.
  13. It doesn't seem as good a point as it probably should, Rovers were the better team and finished the game far stronger. You've got to say, if we had Gudjonson up front with Ohashi we're in with a great chance of winning it,but considering the injuries before and during the game, it's a well earned point.
  14. Solid point that, well played Rovers. Tronstad and Cantwell make such a difference to the side, class acts at this level.
  15. Excellent performance and point but my god do we need another proper striker from somewhere. Think we'd have nicked that today if Andre was playing but can't really grumble. The whole defence has earned a drop of the Christmas grog tonight.
  16. Tronstad brilliant again today and my man of the match. I would have taken a point before the game, but thought we could have sneaked it.
  17. Hey I hope I'm wrong but I see him becoming more and more exposed as word gets around. He's done well thus far but I just don't see him at this level long term. Time will tell.
  18. Yep but the top end of govts don't serve the people do they.
  19. I thought Pratt was solid to be fair. Has easily met the demands of this league considering he was recalled from a non league club
  20. pratt was excellent,he looks more and more accomplished with every game, bar giving whittaker to much room in the first half,he did`nt put a foot wrong
  21. I know there is a whole lot wrong in the States currently but 'no country has a worse human rights record in modern history than the US' - seriously? China, Russia, North Korea, DRC, Saudi, Afghanistan, Sudan - just for starters.
  22. I'd be amazed if we do sign him.
