  1. Past hour
  2. Time will tell, if it's a point gained last night. On paper, Ipswich were the toughest opposition of the 3 home games. If we can win the other 2, it will put us in a better position.
  3. Ipswich at least, showed exactly why the game needed to be replayed and why we could never have been awarded the points.
  4. "We played well"; We were excellent"; "We were unlucky"; "We deserved 3 points" "Ref was shit" That's just losers' talk to me. All I care about is winning football matches. 1 win in 9, carry on like this, and we're only heading one way. People need to waken up.
  5. He's absolutely right about the standard of officials in the Championship. They are beyond poor and last night's referee is one of the worst. No doubt he'll get in bother for saying it, but it needed saying by a manager. The officials today seem so robotic in their approach to the game. I remember refs in the sixties who were real characters but who would laugh and joke with players during a game and have a real interaction with them. Yes, you got bad decisions at times but they seemed so much more in tune with the game than today's manufactured refs.
  6. I see Gardner-Hickman has played full back/wing back previously at other clubs. Can see him being shifted over and the return of Sid into the midfield. Enough to make you shudder,
  7. If he was 2 or 3 yards clear, what fouled him?
  8. It's undeniable that subbing on Gueye and De Neve had cost us before last night, then he fucking did it again. Take off Ohashi or Gudjohnson and bring on a defender or a midfielder, not the lightweight winger who has proved himself to be inept at managing a game and seeing out a win. It's fucking bemusing.
  9. Each to their own Parsons but your first paragraph has left me speechless. Your comment of a 'decent Season'..really?
  10. Don't be too sure , nobody really knows , who is actually on the payroll !
  11. I thought we were excellent last night and I must admit that I'm really warming to this manager. I have no problem with his substitutions. With all the injuries he has at the moment it makes sense to me to try to manage the players in terms of game time. The last thing we need are more players on the injured list. The last two games have shown just how good we can be and deserved the three points in both games. However, once again the standard of the officials was poor to say the least. If a corner had been given at the end, which I have no doubt it should have been, the game would have been over. Another red card that should have been given, and wasn't, and another potential penalty that a ref chose to ignore. I came away last night disappointed about the late equaliser but thoroughly heartened by the performance. That was the kind of performance that we see regularly away from home. If we continue to play like this we'll have a decent season.
  12. Were blaming the team, when the blame should go to Ismael, for shite tactics.
  13. 'Tis a RESULTS game...the Frenchman's record is not good.
  14. He's a prick, that once again spoilt the party at Ewood, he makes far to many substitutions, when we're in control of games.
  15. Has he lost the plot or is it a ploy to get fans on his side? The comments seem to suggest the fans are on his side...
  16. We have conceded 6 goals this season after 90mins two in the last couple of games no wonder Ipswich pushed for a replay they know how poor our game management is this is solely on the “coach” I couldn’t call him a manager he can’t manage stoppage time
  17. Playing for him ? or maybe because they are professionals and do their best under terrible circumstances he is a rubbish coach with poor tactics and zero ambition
  18. Were getting some decent performances from this team, pity we're not getting a decent performance from the manager. Why f-cking change a team that are well in control, and 1-0 in front.
  19. Dunning Kruger effect. They all think they are much smarter than everyone else when in reality they are as thick as mince. They're that inept that they're now making Steve Waggot look competent.
  20. Was Pickering in the squad yesterday? Feel like sadly he is being pushed out of the club
  21. Yeah I can believe wages went up a bit last summer as we bought in Cantwell, and a few experienced heads in Batth, Weimann & Baker. There isn't a chance they could have gone up this summer when the next accounts are released.
  22. 2 subs The first 3 (Tavares, Cantwell & Baradji) had already been bought on before we went ahead. He then decided that Gueye & De Neve were good options to hold onto the lead
  23. Always remember that famous bundle in 21/22, £100 for the last 5 home games, but as they did a couple of individual offers on a couple of them it worked out at £90 if you bought them all separately. Not a clue that lot down there.
  24. Id like a change to this topic, Valerie Ismael, No longer Blackburn Rovers coach. He's cost us more than 4 points at home this season, not one substitution, but three or four at a time.
