As Ismael stated in his Q&A, he is very much hands-on in the recruitment process. That's one of the reasons why I want him gone. I know it is not going to happen. But that does not alter the fact that Ismael is a piss poor manager.

Two strikers and a left wing back will see us through this season I think, if they are loans then so be it. You can't be worrying about long term prospects in Jan when you are in our position, get the best players possible to see you through the season. Then major surgery AGAIN in the summer.
