  1. Past hour
  2. All very very interesting, who would benefit from all this
  3. Taken from X. Read into that what you will. The account- which posted the videos- has disappeared too as far as I can see.
  4. Dike was a real threat when he came on last night for wba. For that reason can't seem him leaving in their position.
  5. Oxford was the same, not that its much consolation as we should be beating both those teams........
  6. That is too narrow, no width down the left, and Mori isn't really a winger on the right either Cashin not mobile enough to play full back Is Alebiosu actually fit now? If so then Id start him Toth Miller Atcheson Pratt (but McLoughlin will start) Alebiosu Baradji/Mori Tronstad Cantwell Powell Jorgensen Ohashi
  7. Issue with falling behind, this team has no fighting spirit. That 2-2 draw to Charlton was a rare comeback draw. Usually happens once a season them.
  8. Only person I know that's going (and I'm in multiples WhatsApp groups etc) is my dad and FIL with his mates. There's 100% going to be a noticeable difference today. Cue the dingles and other twats on socials saying "iT lOoKs LiKe ThAt EvErY wEek LoL" but it is what it is.....
  9. Cadamarteri doesn’t fit the - need goals profile
  10. The boycott has gained reasonable media attention. If we end up with a crowd that isn't that much smaller than normal, it undermines having a boycott at all, and easily allows a "nothing to see here" narrative to be peddled. There is no choice here.
  11. Fair play, mixed bag with our group. ’Its the only day of week I can get rid of the bloody wife’ Was one reply 🤣
  12. Gestede is a doughnut, but good grief, sharing his mobile number? I remember Jerome Anderson’s being shared on here once upon a time. Bans for anyone thinking of repeating history by the way 👍.
  13. I actually think we'll win today. We'll have comments about how it helped not having the toxic protesters in the stadium and Val will say "see we've got a few injured players back, we can compete now!". I mean to a certain extent we have missed some of the injured/absent players, mainly Alebiosu and I think we will look a bit better with him back. Realistically we can't get much worse right? 2-1 home win after falling behind early on.
  14. Yep, we always concede late goals and very rarely does the the unbridled joy of a late and important equaliser, or god forbid a winner, break out amongst our fans.
  15. I’m not, never was once it was confirmed (neither is the lad that goes with me).
  16. Are you going today Matty? Have you made a decision?
  17. You know when you come across a song you used to love, but haven’t heard it for years? It’s like meeting an old friend, I can’t stop smiling when I play it. Its classic Beautiful South with a country twist, the album is strange though, covers.
  18. Makes no difference in and of itself. But that statement, reducing staff, articles/pieces in the local and national media means it’s had some traction, so job done for now. The key is keeping up the momentum. Plus, in ten years when either we are sitting pretty with engaged owners or (depressingly) more likely sat in the lower/non-leagues still under these disgraceful people , at least you know you tried.
  19. Stay firm, it is one game, we must take our chance today to make a stand, enough is enough ! Go and see you Dad or take him out for a pint or Sunday lunch instead. Rovers fans have had their self respect destroyed, making a stand today at least helps restore this, you will have done your bit.
  20. Today
  21. I totally agree. I was still undecided until the statement came out on Radio Lancs earlier this week. The contempt for the fans clearly came through and at that moment I decided I couldn't go. My dad is still going and cannot see the reasoning and now the day of the match has arrived I've started to question my self. My dad is 79, time at Ewood are the few quality times I have with him. How many more am I going to have? Like Jim I still cannot see what another maybe 1,000 missing on a gate of around 7,000 [figures taken from the MAil article v Swansea] are going to show. Im still dont know whether to go or not.
  22. Remember when we held them to a 0-0 draw at home in 2006 ?!?
  23. He's essentially given out numbers for Rudy, Suhail and Yasir. Confirmed he's not a Rovers fan but very much anti venkys. He also dropped a hint saying his team was a similar shirt just red and white. Thinking about that comment, Feyenoord immediately springs to mind. This person is clearly an ex employee who hates venkys and their cronies. We have an ex manager who left on bad terms and has Feyenoord links, or am I reading way too much into it? 🤔
  24. What's Duncan Mcguire up to these days?
  25. He played most of last season for the U21s as either a 10 or or coming off the left as he did for the U18s the other night. sometimes even deeper as part of the midfield I am honestly not sure why so many keep stating that he is a striker/being played as a striker, he hasn't played their regularly for Rovers at any level for nearly 2 years https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/live/c981derr74mt#Line-ups - U21 game from 2024 to illustrate
