Grabbi Graeme Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Old Stig was called Patrick McCarthy or something like that according to the BBC. I reckon the new Stig is a variety of people, according to the challenge e.g. a rally driver for rally challenges and so on. Perry McCarthy was the first Stig and after blowing his cover he was booted from the show by being shot off the end of an aircraft carrier in a Jaguar XJS. There has also been an American Stig and and African Stig, There were some people posting on Digitalspy who did believe that Schumacher was the Stig.

Billy Castell Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 I don't think Michael is the stig full time. Ralf maybe, but Michael is probably doing stuff with Ferrari, hence the appearence on the same episode as that mentally powerful Enzo.
RibbleValleyRover Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Dollhouse - Sci Fi, Joss Wheedon's latest, and we really really like it Finally got round to watching the episodes so far (Sky + them) and i have to say its growing on me. The only episode i didn't rate was that backing singer one.
Exiled_Rover Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Schumacher drove that Ferrari, there's a video on the Top Gear website. Stig is meant to be a guy called Ben Collins.
3rdpillar Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Last night, watched SNATCH. Now I am swaring alot.
Grabbi Graeme Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I got round to watching the first episode of psychoville, it was very League of Gentlemen as I thought it would be, some interesting dark characters in there, anyone else think the clown is based on Krusty from the Simpsons

Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Last night, watched SNATCH. Now I am swaring alot. I watched Countdown and I can tell you that the words 'swaring' and 'alot' wouldn't get you any points on the show.
Ozz Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 Of what? Wombledon started this week. Errrrrrrr.....................can I have a clue please? It is a telly show.
Mc Love Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 It is a telly show. If its Big brother, i sort of mentioned it and got no replies so i thought nobody on this board watches it
Billy Castell Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I don't think anyone is outside the kind of morons who avidly read Heat magazine (i.e. sad women and gays).
greggyk Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Anyone watch that new Charlie Brooker show on channel 4 last night? Was no Newswipe, but never expected too much with such poor guests. The Taliban v IRA thing made the show however!! Decent effort for a first in the series.
Backroom Tom Posted July 8, 2009 Backroom Posted July 8, 2009 I enjoyed it, defo will be worth a watch every week. Jamelia isn't a fit on these kind of programmes, she has a couple of things going for her though.
Nelsta Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 i think she's give up on music. She just seems to float about on channel 4 panel shows. I enjoyed it though.Always good to see Charlie Brooker on t.v.
American Rover12 Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Shark Tank is no where near as good as Dragons Den
JC4LAB Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Dragons Den ...I cant bear to watch it.. Sharks presented as angels and saviours..The % ownership they ask in return for such tiny investment is pure mugging...Having to give away 40% of your effort away to these lot just for a few bob... for the rest of your business life..Is it worth it?

Rovermatt Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I'm not really a fan of The X-Factor but I did catch sight of two rather large girls on the stage on Saturday (they didn't get through). One of them had tried her luck before it seems. They're from Blackburn apparently.
