Totally right. Thats approximatley £12.5m under current x-rate.

Talent-wise - Plays on the right, crosses well, but tends to drift in frequently. Has a thundering right foot, but does not 'hug the line' as a true winger. Has always had a very good attitude towards game and comes with great experience. Can play centrally, but that's not what we really need here at the moment

Price-wise - Palermo had a very poor season last year and Brescaino said himself, it was 'one of the worst seasons (personally) in his whole career'. So the price maybe too high, based on current form

IMO, if we could get him cheaper than the (realistic) figures being quoted at the moment, it might be worth the risk. Mind you, Palermo are known for playing 'silly buggers' in the transfer window.

You wouldn't say his quick/pacy.. not like a Lennon type (not that I am advocating Lennon).

One thing that I failed to mention (and for me, this seperates Bresciano from Emerton) is Marco has an VERY good eye for goal and decent from set pieces.. for both club and country.

Robinson, Villanueva [loan fee], Simpson [wages], Grella...£8 million-ish in purchases.
