Daremz Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 You remember Paul Ince? Always when we got up, we've lost in the end. Well, guess we've always lost in the end anyways. So, I think, today, we'll win. 4-3.

RibbleValleyRover Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Big test now considering the number of times we have let sides back in pretty quickly after scoring.
rovers1993 Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 defense still all out of sorts.. not dominating like what we need to.
Daremz Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 sunderland 1 up Sunderland can win by 63 - 0. As long as we win.
snatchymcsnatch Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Fuller was brushed in the area and went down like he'd been shot - no penalty f*****n cheat...
Presty On Tour Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Lucky with the cross, robbo was beaten! Pedersen skinned sonko, deffo pen! Benni's kick was so sweet!
3recurring Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 G'waaan Big Sam!! About god-damn time the Rovers put in a solid performance. Keep it up lads. Wish I could be there to cheer you along.
snatchymcsnatch Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Rovers just need to hold onto the ball a little better - it will build confidence because at the moment most of them are playing like nervous wrecks. Stoke on top at the mo but Rovers seems to be edging back in slowly.
rovers1993 Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 roberts!!!!! YESSS!! 2 - 0!!! hahaha!!! loving it big sam!
Nate Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Trevor Francis ' commentating is really annoying me. In saying that we score. 2-0!
snatchymcsnatch Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH GEEEEEET IIIIIN!!!!!!!!! While since I've felt this good on a Saturday afternoon.
LeChuck Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Yes! Excellent stuff Rovers. You might be 6 months late Sam, but my are we glad you're here!
AussieinUk Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Nelsen Injured... Not too sure if he will come off.. Fuller injured too EDIT: Both okay..
Ossydave Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Superb, lets really put them to the sword and work on getting that goal difference looking half decent!!
3recurring Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 *******!!! *******!!!!!!!!! ***************! LONG LIVE BIG SAM C'MON ROVERS! 2-******* 0!!!!
snatchymcsnatch Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Harsh but true - how big a slap in the face is this for Incey?
RibbleValleyRover Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Not playing great, but keep in mind this is a side that is suffering from a lack of confidence and belief. If we get the result it should give us a much needed boost.
AussieinUk Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Williams looks very happy!!! So does Sam
Presty On Tour Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Lucky goal, but the chance was well worked. McCarthy done some good work again. Happy Days!
Amo Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Not playing great, but keep in mind this is a side that is suffering from a lack of confidence and belief. If we get the result it should give us a much needed boost. Too true. Our form has been awful, so I'm not expecting too much performance wise. It's the result that matters today. If we win this, it'll be the perfect springboard for Big Sam's mission. We really do need to keep the ball better. You'd think we could with Dunn & Andrews in the centre. It's just a shame Vogel isn't in the squad. He could have been a handy sub later on.
