why isn't formica on again? it's scary how bad it's been. None of them seem to care at all. Dunn may be 'passionate' but his passion is translated into fouling everybody. The entire team looks lethargic. Did they eat a bucket of chicken each before the game?!

its going to be a long season. as i said earlier, look at our next 5 home games. where the hell are we going to get any points in them.

if we dont sign at least 4 key players in the next 10 days we will go down. if we do sign some then we may have a chance of survival.

i predict we will have no more than 6 points after 10 games and then there is no way back from there

Difference being Mark, we can't win at home anymore either.

HE MUST GO

I think most people are unanimous in that Matty. When Allardyce was sacked, it was a chance for the owners to make a real positive statement, and replace him with a proper, top quality, forward thinking manager but for whatever reason they chose a promote a coach.

I was all for giving him a chance; Kean can take credit for the emergence of Hoilett, and in patches we've shown that the players can play football and Sam was wrong to shackle them and stubbornly stick to his system, but it's clear that he's just plain not cut out to be a Premier League manager.

How long will Venkys give him though?

What does kean think we will get by playing 4-4-2 away at villa who will stretch you with Thier pace.

If we were playing 4-4-2 we may have a fighting chance because Goodwillie is the only player who seems to be able to retain the ball and make anything happen.

Unfortunately he's playing Goodwillie on the right. We're playing 4-5-1.

That said whenever we get the ball our formation changes to 2-0-8. Then we lose it and we only have two defenders left to cope with their attack.

A really awful first half with players that shouldn't be in the team especially in that formation. Pedersen as usual completely ineffective, Dunny always trying but his legs have gone, Roberts is Roberts and Salgado is showing his age and is being rightly targetted.

There doesn't appear to be any fight or battling qualities in this team, under Sparky sides hated facing us because they knew they would have to give 100% to get anything and to a lesser extent on some ocassions we saw that under Sam. Like Ince i don't see that under Kean.

Part of me is hoping that Villa score at least a couple more and really give us a spanking, Hughesy I believe said that the owners or one of them is there today and a big defeat might kick them into action and bin this useless manager.

Kean has to go, he gets it wrong most weeks and will never be shrewd enough in the transfer window. A good manager could have this team playing well.

Yes we need players but more importantly, you need operators and a manager who know what the feck they are doing.

You have Martin O'Neill and Mark Hughes currently unemployed. You have two ex-England managers playing each other today in the Championship. And yet somehow, for reasons that can only make you shake your head, Steve Kean, with no managerial experience previously, with a record of 22 points from 22 games, is managing a team in the best league in the world, and has been branded unsackable by his employers.

Watching this via a stream of an Asian channel on www.roversworld.co.uk. Some Indian guy is a guest pundit in the studio. His summary of the first half "Blackburn are an utter shambles"

Totally agree.

Horrified! Just F****ing horrified. I can't believe how much space we're giving them. Kean looks bewildered on the touch line. He's obviously out of his depth. Time to go keano. Venky's are you listening?

Go and support West Ham already.

Shutup you ignorant fool, it's thanks to owners thinking along your lines it's where we are today.

It's a statement of fact I made earlier that you can't argue with really.

Considering everything you've wanted seems to have led to the downfall of Rovers, maybe you should go and support that other team in claret and blue.

Spot on. Couldn't agree more.

That's funny, because the rest of us could see from day one that it was highly unlikely someone with no managerial experience would be able to get a limited squad to achieve anything other than relegation form.

Well he did sprint (sort of) back to his own box and saved a likely goal while everyone was sucking their thumbs.

It is pretty obvious to me that we have a collection of average footballers- 'shackling them to a system' was the way to get results- othewise, odd decent performances aside, we see this utter shambles.

F**king brilliant Hoilett, brilliant

Pedersen scoring a header, that takes me back to a few years ago
