Mattyblue Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 A more likely outcome: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/kean-looks-safe-as-venkys-cannot-afford-to-sack-him-6280726.html? Wow, just wow. Redknapp: all round know it all, has an opinion on everything . Shouldn't you be concentrated on your tax returns in preparation for next month Harry? Now now Brian, give him chance, he will be coming out later on to condemn Tottenham fans for the bile poured on John Terry for 90 minutes, wont he? Because he's obviously not a hypocrite.

brian_gallagher85 Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 I should think so given the fact his massive bacon ears heard the chanting at Ewood all the way down there in London, so they should have had no problem hearing the usual Spurs scumbag fans and their "singing"...
Athlete Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 so it looks like we won't get any positive news regarding Rovers for quite some time at the moment...so heres to next year in the Championship with Roberts -aka Barndoor up front strutting his stuff with his 30K a week pay packet....as we try to avoid the drop to League one VENKYS/KEAN + your money grabbing agent pal get out of club please
broadsword Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Let's go down in spectacular fashion. The worse a season we have, the more attention it will attract. Hopefully the press will be all over the rotten ###### that our club has become. If I was Kean I'd be worried about getting a smack off of a supporter. Someone's bound to get on the pitch at some point.

Black Burn Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Apparently, it's no longer "Venkys" who want to hang on to Kean. It's just Mrs. Desai. I've to look for it, but it was mentioned somewhere that even the Rao brothers and their Indian contingent, along with the board of executives, want to sack Kean, but the only man...erm...woman standing in their way is Mrs. Desai, who is digging her heels (pardon the pun) in. I hope her high heels break soon. So if you guys really want to hire a hitman or assassin, you know who to take out. Not Kean, not the Rao brothers, but... I'm for more peaceful settlements, though. I do hope Hughes accept the job. It seems that he has been contacted, but is reluctant to accept it. The only thing now is Mrs. Desai, again, who doesn't want to agree to the terms. I'll see if I can find the article where I read all this from. I think it was posted on Ewood Park's Finest's wall. Will check the links again. Edit: found it. It's from here: Here you go.
Stuart Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 http://salutsunderland.com/2011/12/birflatt-boy-go-steve-go-but-he-means-blackburn-this-time/ Great piece. Deserves greater coverage. A more likely outcome: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/kean-looks-safe-as-venkys-cannot-afford-to-sack-him-6280726.html? "Bound by the terms of his new contract". Well that's just bloody fantastic that. Give him a new contract that means you can't sack a badly failing manager. They are either grossly incompetent or someone has done the biggest number ever on them. Possibly both. And another thing, Kean must have known full well what would happen if we didn't beat Bolton. Why were his family there for this game? To all intents, it looks like they are being used as a human shield to garner sympathy. If that's the case there is clearly no limit to the depths he will stoop. I actually do feel sorry for his kids. Imagine your dad doing that to you.

Black Burn Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Heels snap? I hope her neck snaps ... Stupid owd hag is killing us!!! I think there's a secret gathering where people are pooling money together to hire a hitman. I won't be part of that, but maybe you might want to...? ^^
Ricky Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Funny how Phil and all the other ITK'ers told us that Mrs Desai had washed her hands of the club and would not be involved after the refusal to sell to his qatari group. ..... and now she's the one who won't get rid of Kean. Not another BS story surely!!
Taggart Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Why were his family there for this game? Obviously, he needed a lift back down the motorway after he had his glass of wine whilst on video conference to Madame in Pune whilst doing a "Dirty Den" I think there's a secret gathering where people are pooling money together to hire a hitman. I won't be part of that, but maybe you might want to...? ^^ I think you should be very careful posting stuff like that buddy regardless of it being a joke or not
Mike Graham Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Black Burn: there are others apart from MB members who search these boards for information. Be careful what you post. Also whilst I despise Kean he is not the problem here; the root cause are our owners, with other factors also impacting. If we do protest, and I am a protest supporter, we need to take the moral high ground where violence and threats have no place and only encourage the sort of reactions and comments that we get from Bagpuss, Moyes etc.
Amo Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Just had some uneducated pr*ck telling me that fans are getting stick because Blackburn aren't a Man. City/Liverpool/Chelsea and they're bound to lose more matches than they win. I don't know why I even dignified him with a response.
Black Burn Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Sorry, I was just joking. I hope no one took my comment seriously and actually went looking for the people who are supposedly hiring a hitman. I did see a few suggestions of that around, but I don't think anyone actually implement the idea.

mhead Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Just sent email to Richard Bevan, the Chief Exec of the League Managers Association: richard.bevan@lmasecure.com Just said that he is aiming at the wrong targets.Surely he can see that the most successful Town Club in League History with a strong Manager in BFS,great CEO and Board, in just one year has become a complete'shambles'. We suspect the "Managers" links to the Owners,SEM interests etc and we are strong supporters who will always make our voices known in something that is vital for us,our Community and the generations of supporters who will surely follow us. We will still guard the soul of the Club long after this lot of owners,Players and 'trumped up' manager are long gone. It was more coherent than my paraphrasing and may get a more detailed reply!

City/Liverpool/Chelsea and they're bound to lose more matches than they win. I don't know why I even dignified him with a response. Thing is it's true. Nobody cares because we are not a big club. Daughter at BBC says she talks to loads of people at work who just don't get what it's all about and you'd think if anyone did it would be those who are paid to know about sport.
phili Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Funny how Phil and all the other ITK'ers told us that Mrs Desai had washed her hands of the club and would not be involved after the refusal to sell to his qatari group. ..... and now she's the one who won't get rid of Kean. Not another BS story surely!! It's pretty consistent, the club have no money and can't afford to sack Kean and bring a new manager in without a cash injection from Venkys. Mrs D is refusing to inject any more cash into the club and therefore Kean will still be here at the end of the season. Unless there is a firesale of players in January and the club can raise some funds to sack Kean and stave off administration till the summer i don't see a club existing by August.
Black Burn Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 I don't think anyone cares if we get relegated, honestly. Except ourselves, of course, but why would a...say, Wigan or Bolton fan care if we get relegated? They'll probably be happy it was us instead of them. If they survive. That said, even if we get relegated, I won't stop supporting the club. I'm still crossing my fingers and hoping that Kean will be sacked soon and Hughes return, but the news I'm reading makes that scenario look very bleak.
Nelsta Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Just had some uneducated pr*ck telling me that fans are getting stick because Blackburn aren't a Man. City/Liverpool/Chelsea and they're bound to lose more matches than they win. I don't know why I even dignified him with a response. There was a guy on twitter that said "Rovers fans are having a go at there manager to disguise the fact they are playing s**t" Kind of sums up how stupid some of these people are.
den Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Lay off the rovers fans. LT editorial. Well done!
Doug Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Where do we go from here? The owners have no idea about running a football club and more worrying are the rumours that they have no money to get us out of the situation. Kean would appear to have the moral high ground for behaving with such 'dignity and strength of character' whilst under so much vocal and visual 'hate' pressure from Rovers fans (that's how I interpret the press coverage before I'm jumped on!). The LMA and increasing numbers of 'respected' managers are leaping to the defence of Kean (they aren't backing his ability, just the old managers voicing support for an under pressure manager). The only possitive I have seen regarding the whole mess is that I have noticed the press starting to focus on the owners. This must be the way to resolve the situation (IMO). The protests have attracted that media focus (eventually), and more press coverage on the owners would be very welcome and I feel could pressure them to seek a buyer. The protests are as damaging as they are constructive, the outside world are not savvy to the rumours, and until they are, the protesting fans will be regarded as the 'bad guys' by the press. Also, I do believe that it is affecting the way the players perform, and relegation under these owners could be a disaster for our club. My conclusion, Kean is not the issue, Venkys are 100% of the problem. That's where our focus should be. Before the usual suspects jump all over me, I have emailed Sky regarding their lack of focus on the real issues (sunday supplement), posted on the facebook pages of the 'times of india', Pune FC, a site just called India and anything that may put the owners under pressure in their country as whatever happens here seems to have no affect on them.
mjwood00 Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 The Football League bring in the financial fair play rules next year which is a huge concern for us if we go down. Hence my guess is fhat as well as looking for immediate cash injection from sales in January they are trying to get rid of high wage earners too
den Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 PaulPlunkett66 Paul Plunkett Fergie on Kean: "It is terrible to watch that. It doesn't say a lot for our society nowadays when you see that kind of behaviour from fans. PaulPlunkett66 Paul Plunkett Fergie on Kean: "I tried to phone him the other day but he is probably right to keep it off. For goodness sake, give the lad a break."
USABlue Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 The media is spinning this against us as I suspected they would. Gives Venkys all they need to keep the prick in the job they hired him to do. It's simple isn't it, he is staying cos they want him to lead the sell off in January. Any new manager coming in would be dead set against that and that would screw up the chicken ###### master plan now wouldn't it. Simply put I hate the illegitimates
