Kelbo Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Perhaps this is one line to go down, a letter to the constabulary suggesting that Kean by both words and actions are inciting the crowd, would it not be advisable to discourage him from this kind of behaviour, I am sure, were this was a player on the park inciting the crowd, you would be quick to take action and I see no difference whatsoever!

LDRover Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I think that good old ditty 'You're gonna get your f###in head kicked in' towards baldy would hit the spot.
philipl Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Still, Kean is not willing to open talks until results improve and told ESPNsoccernet: "Yes, there have been discussions about a new contract, but I have told the owners that this is an inappropriate time to conclude any new contract discussions. Instead, the real issue is for me and everyone else to concentrate on the games. ESPN. Following recent media speculation Blackburn Rovers FC can confirm a revision to manager Steve Kean's existing contract has been completed. Official statement. I'm just speechless. What a way to treat their own fans. What a bunch of t*****s. So Kean lies again by the look of things. And the Independent won't be printing anything that comes from Agnew/Pune again in much of a hurry will they after being made to look complete dolts with their contract denial yesterday?
47er Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 The sad aspect of this is the cover up and yet more lies – the contract was signed weeks ago and it has been kept quiet like a dirty little secret. Which it is.
ewoodpo Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Apologies if this has already been posted. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2065406/Steve-Keans-Blackburn-future-uncertain-despite-sealing-pay-rise.html
Plastic Head Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 It's a shame the Sports Personality of 2011 shortlist is now just picked by the BBC rather that voters or we could all vote Kean. Wouldn't it be great if he won.....:-) Is there no other end of year awards we can all vote Kean to win? Too late for the x-factor. Maybe he can enter Britain's got no talent? Is it too late to record a Kean out single and get it to number 1 at christmas? We could have course start a petition asking for Venkys to be banned from the UK and get it debated in parliament. What do you think? e petition We only need 100,000
FourLaneBlue Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 If that is the case it is a clever move. 100K more payrise, 500K less to fire him. 1 match (week) means 100K, 400K Saved. Yeah, bet they could easily get Jerome Anderson to accept that...
bannedwidth Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Venky's should get rid now and appoint this guy: http://bathcityfc.com/won-jae-yangs-appeal-to-be-appointed-manager/
Rovers_Dan Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Tim Flowers backs Kean on Talksport yesterday.
ABBEY Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 If he wants to ID me and ban me , bring it on! Protesting isn't illegal and no laws broke. I'd fight it and when I win I will publicly tell him and venkys to shove my season ticket up there arse
alexanders Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Steve Keen is on news 24 now What did he say ?
forumquizmaster Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Perhaps this is one line to go down, a letter to the constabulary suggesting that Kean by both words and actions are inciting the crowd, would it not be advisable to discourage him from this kind of behaviour, I am sure, were this was a player on the park inciting the crowd, you would be quick to take action and I see no difference whatsoever! Already done. Lancashire Constabulary have been asked (on Monday) whether his behaviour constitutes a public order offence. I await their response.
BuckyRover Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 What did he say ? You had to be there. It was an Australian economist called Steve Keen. I think he would probably do a better job than our Kean
Hughesy Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Tim Flowers backs Kean on Talksport yesterday. Is Flowers a SEM client?!
Kelbo Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Already done. Lancashire Constabulary have been asked (on Monday) whether his behaviour constitutes a public order offence. I await their response. Maybe it should be an official complaint, they would have to follow this up and indeed would tell Kean to cool it even if no charges were forthcoming!!
Ralfinho Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 just got this from twitter SunMartinB Martin Blackburn Another head-scratching morning for the press at brockhall today. You couldn't make it up.

koi Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Just been a clip on 5live from this mornings presser. Steve says he's delighted the contract has been sorted and put to bed. He can now concentrate on guiding the club to the position it deserves to be and continue with our cup runs. This image springs to mind:

John Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 just got this from twitter SunMartinB Martin Blackburn Another head-scratching morning for the press at brockhall today. You couldn't make it up. It is the normal case now. Big Sam - "But hopefully at the end of this season I can say I've made the right decision, I picked the right club for me at the right time. Newcastle was the right club at the wrong time - and Blackburn Rovers was just bizarre."
yawnsie Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 juliette_gracejuliette ferrington Steve Kean delighted to have signed his contract and says Hoilett has told him that he's desperate to sign a new deal. #Rovers Say whaaaaaaat? The same way Raul was "desperate" to sign for Rovers, I suppose.
