It’d be a sure vote winner for them - if they could be bothered.

We spoke to Kate Hollern about it on one election night....I had to turn away, when she came out with the "badly advised" stuff....

Bloody hell, have things got that desperate. 😁😁

Only good news mind. Something like life imprisonment for them.

Right it’s getting close to decision time.

Should I set my alarm for 5am (when the court starts) or not??

Yep, up at 5, judge finally sauntered in just after 6 😁.

Very short hearing:

Other side hasn’t supplied copy of the complaint they’ve filed with the Adjudicating Authority.

Venkys want this so they can ascertain the monetary value involved in the complaint to see if the amount of existing guarantees already covers this.

Other side confirmed filing of complaint but that Adjudicating Authority are yet to respond.

Judge also wants to know whether value of complaint is already covered by existing guarantees.

I think it’s going to be back in court tomorrow but that could just be when the other side need to produce the copy of the complaint by.

So what we've ascertained from these court proceedings over the... fuck me, years... is that the way the Venkys run our team isn't a 'them' problem. It's a cultural Indian problem.

Completely different world over there. In their eyes we're the serfs that threw a snow ball at them.

Lord have mercy on us.

This will still be going through the slow and painful motions this time next year won’t it.

I found out the other day how long the Adjudicating Authority has to make a decision but no dare not say 😬

This is before you add on all the appeals which are allowed 😬😬

In terms of this case, and based entirely on gut instinct, I think the judge might be minded to remove the guarantee condition.

It feels that way.
