I couldn't help be baffled that Weimann had a surgery before the end of the season, "to be fit and ready for next season". I scratched my head at the time wondering how we knew he wasn't using our medical department to get ready for somebody else, turns out my fears were correct.

Debatable how many minutes Weimann would get next season under Ismael, but losing Batth who seemed to really help Hyam is a blow.

I agree Batth made Hyam a better player - but there is also a chance it worked the other way around as well. Batth wasn't great at his previous club - so always a chance that whoever he is paired with at Derby won't work out.

(Much prefer him to stay though)

there is`nt any point,sooner or later all the cost cutting will relegate us,hence two decent managers have walked out and val will probably do the same

Does that mean we are looking to offload the likes of Cantwell then. Be hard to keep any of the top performers when they are unable to repay them with a better contract.

Well of course he won’t re sign him Travis and tronstad on more than 10k as it stands so who in their right mind would accept lower

It's ok, when Weimann breaks down, Dolan frustrates and Batths legs go in September (as i keep seeing physio therapy expert Rovers fans expecting) then we can laugh at them.
