Gestede has been pushing the 'homesick' Tronstadt lie since the calamitous 3 stooges interview earlier this year. It was his on-the-spot excuse as to why Rovers had done nothing about keeping such an important player. 

Thankfully Tronstadt himself clarified in his media duties that this wasn't the case and that he loves being here and would be more than happy to extend his stay.

Ooops. Awkward. Life would be so much easier if everyone just swallowed the BS and left the stooges to get on with it. 

Anyhow it seems that has reared its head again on twitter today. Probably a club plant repeating the lie in the hope it gets adopted as the truth as it did with Eustace and Rothwell. 

Keeps the Indians off their backs if the fans believe it's all the fault of others and not the Regime.

Thankfully more and more are waking up to what they are up to judging by the twitter responses. Still a few head in sand lot who can't comprehend that the problem here isn't the countless players, coaches, staff that have moved away from the cesspit.

A quality number 1 keeper is the main priority for me. Plus a number 2 keeper. Need someone who command the box, good communicate and good reflexes.

Pacey right winger.

A centre back if Hyam or Carter sold. 

Striker with pace. 

Left back if Ribeiro isn't re-sign. 

Would use JRC as right wide player not a right back for me. Brittain then Duru as our right backs option

This link doesnt make much sense as things stand. We havent even tried to get Travis and Tronstad tied down but as it stands, we would have 6 central midfielders if we got this player. And are desperate in other positions.

Some will dismiss "constantly mentioning it" but the contract situation is again an inexcusable massive elephant in the room this summer. It is totally unacceptable that a contract wasnt put in front of them a long time ago.

I dont expect every single player to sign new deals. But I dont excuse not knowing what is going on coming into the summer. We should have offered our best offer beforehand and come into the summer likely with a mixture of key players tied down and maybe one or two at most unwilling to sign in which case preparations can be made in advance to move them on.

normal clubs don`t let their better players run their deals down,travis and sonny should have been tied down last season,dolan as well,if we did`nt offer him peanuts,we would`nt then need to sign arthritic has beens like forshaw and cheap gambles like sidnei and de neve

Comment from Norway. Mannsverk was seen as one of the big talents in Norway before he left for Ajax. He won the league and won the best young player in the league award, and Ajax and Netherlands was suppose to be the next step, but injuries and politics in the club has stopped the development. &nbsp

If he is as good as he was is he too good for championship. Could be a great signing in my opinion.

Is he injured now? He seems to have been constantly injured and missed Cardiff's last 2 games. I think his foot was in a protective boot.

Don’t think so. Was training with Brann - a Norwegian club - earlier this summer. Is out in the cold at Ajax - politics and forced out, not personal.
