I would have liked to see Rovers carry on phase 1 until end of May/Start of June pay day before phase 2 happens.

JDT spent around that amount in the 18 months here but after the project changed that second summer and his heart went from it.

Eustace had 4m-5m spent during this season and he had us challenging for playoffs place but he was the head coach here but clearly want more of say in transfers than had here.

I think these ST packages are more next season, we need the technology in place to allow fans to be allocate that seat.

Those purchases were funded by previous player sales.

We're now looking at PNE with envious eyes.

Thank you, Venkys.

To be honest no matter how grim it gets here i'd never want to be Preston, the very definition of tin pot but yes thanks to Vs they still manage to spend without selling unlike us.

despite how seemingly parsimonious  they are with the money, ridsdale and the hemmings family at least run the club properly, they would`nt be letting their 3 best players run their contracts down

You mean like they did with Woodman and Riis. Both leaving them on a free

‘To process seat transfers’, I imagine. Why that takes a week in this day and age, I’ve no idea.

You know why. Starts with inc, ends with tence.

Brittain, Hyam and Szmodics weren't.

During last summer, you are correct.

Brittain, Hyam and Szmodics came when the Adam Armstrong money landed in the accounts a year after he was sold.

Armstrong was sold and the training ground was sold to help us meet FFP requirements as the Armstrong money wasnt enough to not get embargo or restrictions on signings. the year after we had a surplus/budget for few signings hence those 3 good signings made

woodman is about as much use as pears (absolute *****) and riis has`nt been the same player since his injury, hardly compares with travis, sonny and brittain, who are all approaching the peak of their careers

So you keep saying.

Riis 12 goals this season and Woodman is a good keeper at this level. They will missed both of them badly

So my point stands we only invest decent money after someone has been sold whilst Preston somehow manage to buy some players without selling anyone AND offer some cheaper season tickets.

That's why clubs have they phases tho to get people to buy early and not later in the summer. I have been saying this for days and people buying early is providing these clubs with cashflow over the summer when there is no match day revenue

It might be something they have though off but think people wouldn't go for it. If some people would be happy to pay the amount for ST over 3 months instead of 6 months.

You sit here and do plenty of complaining about certain things but do nothing about it. Why don't you tell the club and management how you feel?

Obviously not speaking for Mattyblue but the people at the club just do not care/want to listen.

The coalition attempted dialogue before the Watford game with regards ticket prices and contacted the head of marketing expressing concerns over pricing. The response that came back was pretty much 'not my job'. When asked who was responsible and would she provide contact information for who was, she said no she wouldn't pass on internal email addresses.

It was also highlighted that the pricing for the Sheffield Weds midweek game was £5 up on the club's own policy which caused no reaction.

They are arseholes.

Anybody explain how this is a good marketing post that will encourage ST sales? Doesn’t it just remind folk that we hardly have Saturday 3pm games anymore as most matches can be seen on Sky at all manners of other days and times?

I know I’m late to this but this is one of the worst adverts / angles I can think of, it’s like they just used an AI to come up with words.

So is there a season ticket option that just covers Saturday 3pm games? Should I ignore the other games?

Bizarre

Are they aware that without a season ticket you can enjoy every Saturday 3pm home kick off, in fact if all your bothered about is saturday 3pms then you're better off without an ST.

I can't say that has been my experience when speaking or emailing people at Rovers.
