There are also some sweet people, but noticed you chose to focus on the bad.

TBH there is also plenty to be bitter about.

We've had 15 years of misery, we deserve a fresh start.

Posters wishing injury on a player - whatever that player is deemed to have done - is not acceptable in my view.

As Szmodics refused to play then he should expect dog's abuse from some sections of the crowd - as their money was paying his wages then they have a right to feel cheated by him. But that should be as far as it goes.

Ah, I see.

A scenario: man woos a woman, the woman falls for the man, they marry and make their legal covenants to each other. The wife then gets tempted by another bloke with more cash and pisses off.

A question: do you reflect on the warm memories of the good times or do feel aggrieved at the treatment you received?

Personally I'm enraged by the actions not placated by the memories.

Being honest, I'd just be glad she's gone. 🙂

Sammie Szmodics: Ipswich Town boss explains Derby County loan switch | East Anglian Daily Times

probably did well to get so much for him, watch him come into form for Derby now though.

"But in the end it wasn't a football decision, it wasn't related to his football performance. It was a decision that was made in the best interests of our group dynamic, of our dressing room culture, of the values of our dressing room and of our team. In those respects the decision was made that it was best that Sammie wouldn't be with us for the rest of the season."

Wow, that's pretty damning - clearly a disruptive influence around the place and McKenna definitely wanted rid

My guess would be he was fed up of not playing enough and was bringing the mood down. I wouldn't read too much into it.

Although I think he'll do well for Derby, he never got played in his best position for Ipswich. Felt like they signed him for the sake of it....bit like when Liverpool took Bellamy off us, although that was more because I think they saw us as a threat at the time.

Ipswich fan rumours loosely suggesting something about racist comments.

More likely, fed up being played left wing and average players getting a game ahead of him.

Ipswich have an expensive squad. Something not right there.

Szmodics is definitely a character, probably is a bit disruptive a times but it'll be joking about.

Eustace is a really good man manager by all accounts, he'll know exactly how to deal with him, he'll have Szmodics flying.
