As for Brittain - I think he was helped massively by our tactics last season. He's always been a middling athlete and quick wingers gave him fits - and he always struggled to get back on the counter.

Pickering is a steady 6/7 most games, a decent team/squad player.

If players did not feel let down, would VI risk alienating people, who have a high regard for Travis?...(unless he knows they are all leaving too)
