You can sadly understand why Gueye has no confidence to match his limited ability, if hes a running joke among his own teammates. Felt sorry for him a bit, then i remembered he gets paid to play football and doesnt understand the offside rule

Surely that has to be the final nail in Gueye's coffin? Dead man walking look in his eyes, and complete lack of confidence in his demeanour throughout. Remember, football is a game that is built on feedback, and if that is the kind of 'support' he gets from his club captain and team-mates on a daily basis, there is no way back for the lad. If I was him I'd be asking to play centre half or something or go out on loan to a lower division, as it is clear he has the striking prowess of a gnat on a windscreen in Championship terms. Whilst it is a shame for the lad, it is much more of a shame on those who brought him to the club, who clearly haven't a clue what is required to compete effectively at this level of football. Time to move on, Maktar. 

The video re-confirms that Sondre Tronstadt is a solid, reliable and effective performer, and that Todd Cantwell is a show pony.

Cantwell 7 goals, Gueye 8. 

Frankly, Cantwell is a dick for sniggering and needs to think about his own efforts on goal. Eg that pathetic attempted chip.

Wow. I'm a bit late to the party but that was shocking stuff.

The comments from Cantwell were damning but exactly what we were all thinking. The only good player was the guy leaving us either in a few weeks time or at the end of the season. 

As for Gueye, if we got any money for him, we'll be laughing. At the moment I'd re-gift him to anyone as a Christmas present. Awful footballer. No wonder he's laughing and smiling all the time, I bet he can't believe his luck that we pay him thousands each week - I'd be laughing too! 😂

Yep, immature. And how anyone can snigger with that hair... 🙂

We all know of Mak's (in)ability -what does childish sniggering achieve? He is a fellow professional (yes I know you can argue that he isn't up to it) but shouldn't a club captain encourage?

I know plenty of past hard men who if they were Mak would have just decked Cantwell.

I heard he took a swing at him but missed the target...

 

 

 

(sorry - i actually like Gueye but he has lost what little confidence he had and should, for all parties, be moved on in January but we literally have nobody else as backup/sub... As for Cantwell - he should be stripped of the captaincy making that comment ON CAMERA!)

Look, enough from me. But just to say:

Big Mak, I don't think is a great buy and will probably be moved on (not his fault he was bought) but that is irrelevant to this pathetic training ground stuff.

Cantwell, in a team like ours he looks like Messi and is useful to us. But this pathetic stuff on the training ground is not endearing; he is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is; previous clubs have thought he was a knob; he has no pace or power, no right foot and doesn't score enough. But a legend in his own mind. And nowhere near as good as Adam Wharton. But as I say, in the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. 🙂
